The company has horrible customer service. Fees and penalties are not adequatly discussed or disclosed during onboarding . Termination is a horrible experience with delay and expense . Overall a horrible company you should avoid.
They are the worst in the industry. Avoid them at all cost. I got an account through Sekure Merchant and both of those 2 companies are terrible to work with.
▪️They set up my account on day 1. I've asked them to amend the contract and to mention that I won't be charged any cancellation fee. The contract was signed.
▪️On day 3, after 2 legitimate transactions (all proof have been sent to them) they put a hold on my account for 7 days.
▪️On day 10, without notice or explanation they closed my account despite showing them that I never had any issue in 7 years with Square and Stripe.
▪️ On day 15, they have tried to charge me $531 without my consent, knowledge and despite having a signed contract stating that it will never happened.
Next step I'm calling my lawyers, they should both go bankrupt for their lies and false advertisement.
Very bad company bunch of liars they just charge you random fees and they keep promising you that everything will be fixed but no so people be very careful with them
worst shitheads ever! not only they are stupid and useless. they also continued charging me fees way past beyond i stopped using their services.
They will process the cards. But then they add hundreds of hidden fees written in small print in the contract. They they will charge you $299 to cancel your account.
Pure garbage, do not use-
Indian call center ,speak broken English constantly repeats what you said probably running it through a translator responding with canned responses Phone customer support is terrible. they are actually reading the manual while troubleshooting your issues. when they cant fix the issue they submit a back office ticket to oblivion and you have to call continually to submit enough tickets to some times get a resolution...

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They won't let you cancel your contract, and after it ends, they charge you again without warning.
I have not used the service since last year, I called to cancel it and the answer was that I had to pay, the best thing was to wait until the contract expired, THEY NEVER SENT ME THE CONTRACT so I did not know the exact expiration date, my surprise is that today August 1, 2025 they charge me 238.95 of the annual contract, I called to cancel the contract and return the money and the answer was NO, they are scammers, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, after they charged me then they can cancel me before then no.

When we first started our relationship with North, we had a really good onboarding experience with Mike Rendon. Our Relationship Manager, Aaron Hargett, has been nothing short of fantastic. He's always calling to check in every time we need something from him. He is extremely responsive. We really enjoy working with him.
My biggest annoyance with working with the North team is that they have way too many departments and different emails between paymentshub, Pay Anywhere, North American Bank card, North, various Risk department emails, two UW team emails, etc. I think it's really challenging to navigate the servicing experience and if it weren't for Aaron, I really wouldn't know where to send most of our communications.
We also had lost one merchant account and it's the only deployment issue we had thus far (given we do have limited retail experience with them), but they sent out three faulty terminals in a row to a merchant resulting in us losing the account.
Otherwise, everyone I've worked with on the team has been great, especially Aaron!

The Team at North is always friendly and helpful when I call in with an issue . They fix the problem and help me understand what happened to cause the problem in the first place so I will have a better understanding moving forward . The customer service and ISO support are friendly and courteous. The Tech dept is very well versed on all types of equipment and never has an issue fixing any problems I have.

He is quick with his responses and takes the time to assist me with my accounts.
