Had a few issues with my parcel getting caught up with Evri and emailed customer service, they got back to me straight away and were really kind and helpful. My parcel made it to me and the ring I ordered is absolutely gorgeous, really pretty and well made. I will definitely be ordering from this company again and would recommend to others!

While I was scrolling I saw this most beautiful ring ,I decided to order it and when I received it I was so impressed with it ❤️ the service from norsecraft was incredible received my ring super quick and was given updates when it would be due best internet service ever thank you so much guys 💕

Ordered two items on 25/05/26. Got an email receipt and since then, silence.

I've emailed the company to ask for a refund and been met with silence so Monday I'm headed to a retail ombudsman to get my money back since this company are quick to take my money and send me nothing.

Buyers beware: I honestly believe this to be a scam site so avoid, avoid, and avoid!!

Update: I finally got an email to say I'm getting my money back. There was some waffle about a "bereavement" and how their pieces are "individually crafted" (I found the exact same ring on Amazon for a lesser price: I just wish Trust Pilot let me share images - it's the huge square ring with the raven on it: it is the honest-to-goodness exact same piece).

Great help from the support to help me with the sizes of the rings.
I like the weight they have, feels great in my fingers.
My order was shipped under a week after I placed it.

I ordered from Sweden, no problems what so ever. Keep in mind, if you order from outside the UK you might have to pay a toll fee. This might also delay your delivery- no blame on the company in hand. This is standard procedure when shipping from outside EU to inside.
I ordered 3 rings, absolutely stunning and I will be happy to wear them every day.
The shop owner has been lovely to be in contact with. Always answered mails and questions.

I purchased two hair sticks. They are handmade and Stirling silver plated. Thora was even kind enough to include a free gift with my order. A beautiful broach. All items are incredibly detailed and intricate!

I'm the fortunate owner of several rings and bracelets from this site and could r recommend them any higher. The quality of the workmanship on each piece is incredible, each is truly a work of art, but the seller/make also provides a great service - a couple of times I reached out with questions and each time I got a friendly response back telling exactly what I needed to know.

At this point the only thing stopping me buying more is a lack of fingers/wrists to accommodate it all, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time before I start rotating just to buy more.
