Norwich New Build Snagging Omdömen

Rom was really helpful and did a great job of snagging our new home! He was professional, he came on time & spotted so many issues that we would never known about. We are incredibly grateful & would highly recommend to others!

Chlo & Scott :)

Well done Norwich New Build Snagging. So professional and thorough. Rom went around the property explaining all the points he had raised, and the report was with me within 2 hours of leaving. I would recommend using this Company for piece of mind after purchasing a new build.

We were so impressed with Rom! He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. He explained all snags in detail and made sure we knew the NHBC standards so we can approach the developers with peace of mind. Highly recommend if you are buying / have bought a new build home. You will not regret it!

From initial contact to completion of the new home Snagging, Rom was the ultimate professional, his communications were great throughout the process and carried out the task within our property to the highest standard.
To receive the review of his findings 2 hours after leaving the property is testament to the professionalism of this company and Rom
I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a new home snagger.

Wow! Rom is professional and he spent an ample amount of time on each area, gave a detailed report.

It has been a very thorough inspection by Rom. He explained imperfections throughout the house and advised us how to negotiate with developers. It seems money well spent. We highly recommend him for the snagging survey.

He was extremely thorough. He took his time and found loads of things we would not have noticed.
In general He did a great job.

Rom was very thorough with his inspection and when finished walked us through any issues he found. He pointed out things we would never had noticed and also gave us advice on the next steps with the developer. Rom came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. What a fantastic service.

A very professional service, friendly and very thorough. We consider ourselves very observant in checking things. However things were pointed out to us that we would not have noticed. A service worth every penny for piece of mind when buying a new build. Far more use than any home survey.

Impressively thorough inspection and great advice. Rom picked up things that we would have never noticed ourselves. After completing the inspection he took plenty of time to walk us through the report, specifically highlighted which issues are not conforming to building regulations, and gave realistic advice on how to proceed and raise the issues with the developer. Overall we were very happy with Rom's attention to detail and friendly service.

I was very impressed by the thorough inspection of my new build home carried out by Rom. He took the time to go through his report at the end of the day and answered and explained all questions. The report with pictures of each snag was sent by email the same evening.
I would thoroughly recommend Norwich New Build Snagging - worth every penny

Rom did a great job of inspecting our new build. He was thorough and took the time to talk me through the report which was explained very well and sent through to us by email very promptly. The inspection was quick and easy to book, and he was quick to respond to any enquiries. Highly recommend!

my only regret is we wish we did this earlier would not hesitate recomending Rom. i know have the information to take to the builders and the battle begins. thanks again.

Buying any new home is stressful and after hearing horror stories from friends on new builds I decided hiring a snagger was the best option and I didn't regret it. Very friendly, extremely professional and showed alot of experience and knowledge. He picked up alot of issues I would of otherwise missed. Great report at the end and took us through all the defects in detail. Overall Great value for peace of mind and highly recommended.

Polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
Would recommend.

Excellent service. A very thorough inspection lasting 8hrs. We had the report within 1hr of Rom leaving. He also provided us with additional information on NHBC regs which helped us with speaking with the homebuilders.
I will be recommending his services to any new home owners. Money very well spent.

Rom came and snagged our new build. We would highly recommend, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Answered any questions we had and we got the report as soon as he finished. He gave us great advice and explained the issues so that we could understand.

Great service. Was surprisely pleased.

I like to think I know a lot about the building trade so didn't think I needed a snagger but after reading reviews thought I would give them a try. I am really glad I did.

I had been moved in over 4 months so thought I had caught most of the issues, my report shown a further 171 which were clear once pointed out to me.

I had Rom from NNBS - highly recommend

Rom has been fantastic. He found so many snags for us that we wouldn’t have seen. He was extremely thorough and so lovely too. We are so pleased and feel reassured our house will be perfect once the developer has sorted the snags out. If you are debating booking Rom, please don’t. It is money well spent and you will be so impressed! Thank you Rom. Your same day report is eye opening!

Rom is respectful and friendly. He keeps you up to date regarding your appointment and arrives on time. He goes over the whole house thoroughly and takes detailed photos of all issues-from structural to making good areas.
When he's finished, he will walk you through everything he's listed and make suggestions for your discussions with the builder to get everything sorted. In addition, he will provide you will relevant information about your house from NHBC standards.
I highly recommend Rom.
