Norwich New Build Snagging Omdömen

Rom was professional, respectful, extremely thorough & well worth it! He explained the entire Snagging Survey process to me and took both time & precision in his work. The Survey Report was completed very promptly and I would highly recommend Rom and his services to anyone buying a new build. There were many snags that Rom identified in my new house and which I have now approached the Builder about to rectify. Rom is supportive and takes time to go through everything in detail. Great services! Thanks Rom! 🙏🏼

Fantastic service from NNBS, potentially saved us a lot more than it cost to have our property snagged. Very efficient customer care and support-would highly recommend

We were so impressed by the quality and speed of the survey and report. Rom was knowledgeable and very thorough in his assessment of the property and spent considerable time at the end of the day going through each point with us. Highly recommend.

Absolutely recommend Rom for anyone who has just moved into a new build. The process is very slick and professional- no hassle at all. Report is quick to arrive and simple to understand. Snags we would never of spotted but could result in long term issues demonstrates the value of this service.

A total professional

After buying a new build and read about getting a snagging report done I contacted NNBS.

I cannot recommend Rom enough. He is very professional and has an incredible attention to detail - he found snags I wouldn't have even been close to noticing.
The bigger snags he found were backed up by NHBC documentation and he explained everything clear and concise.

I will be recommending NNBS to anyone I know buying a new build.

Rom was extremely professional and The snagging report provided by Norwich New Build Snagging was brilliant. The report was well-structured, detailed, and easy to understand. There were photos attached with every snag circling the exact point where the snag was and explaining why this was a snag. On some snags with the property which contravened building regs, Rom attached the building regs which it contravenes to be able to prove the point to the builders better!

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Rom and Norwich New Build Snagging to anyone in need of a snagging report for their new property. The efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism truly set them apart. Rom was at the property all day doing the snagging which shows when you see the attentional to detail as it was outstanding. The service was very friendly and Rom even walked round the property with me and explained all the issues before leaving and gave some great tips and advice as to getting the issues sorted. Couldn’t recommend his service enough.

After initial reluctance to employ a professional to compile a list of snags I eventually came to the realisation that I would never be able to spot the non cosmetic issues that fell outside of NHBC regulations.
Very happy with the service and Rom provided some good advice on how to approach/deal with my house builders.

Ron did such a good job, he was very polite, very methodical and explained everything really well! Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this service!

Top notch snagger. Highly recommend. Impeccable attention to detail! Great detailed inspection report. Thanks Rom.

We have just moved into our new property and the people next door recommended that we got Norwich new build in to carry out a snagging report. We contacted Norwich new build and Rom explained his service so we arranged for him to carry out a survey this was the best money I have spent for a long time he took time to explain what he had found and what we needed to do next and how to go about it. Rom is a professional and can't rate him highly enough exealant work and a very comprehensive report.

Rom was amazing fully concentrate of the job. Highly recommended

The inspection was conducted very thoroughly. I come to know about many technical insights about houses. The inspector (Rom) has a very good knowledge and he explained every thing very clearly.

Great service, Rom was very polite courteous and informative. Would highly recommend this company! Money well spent with peace of mind!

Rom came today to my 3 bedroom house after recommendation from another resident on the same development. He was prompt, polite, courteous and respected my property. He explained from the start what the day would hold. Rom was happy to get on with things and didn’t even stop for lunch! At the end of it all, Rom explained in detail room by room, loft, outside and gardens, his findings and asked whether I had anything extra to add. Within an hour or so the report was emailed over and ready to send to the developer. A very detailed report with pictures. It has definitely taken the stress away from me and I now have a very useful check list to go by. I would highly recommend Rom and his services. Thank you very much.

We had Rom come and inspect our 3 bed new build, he came highly recommended by several other people who had moved into our site. Rom made a great impression from the get go, he was prompt and arrived on time, he spoke me through his process and explained how long it would take. We had a busy schedule the day of the inspection but Rom was more than happy to be alone in the house. We returned approx. 6 hours after Rom had started and he took the time to walk us around the house showing us the snags he had found. Rom was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. Overall the experience was 10/10 and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a new build. Thank you Rom!!

I recently engaged Rom for a snagging work on a new build in Norwich and from the moment he was on site, he demonstrated a keen eye for details that would set him apart from other tradesmen.

What impressed us most about Rom was his ability to identify even the smallest imperfections or areas of concern. He also has an excellent understanding of the construction process, the new building code and was able to explain to us the issues that we should get the developer to fix and why.

He was professional and very courteous. He took the time to go through most of the major issues and explain why they needed resolving. His report was also issued within 2 hours of completing his full day review.

Overall, I would highly recommend Rom to anyone looking for a skilled and dedicated tradesperson who takes pride in their work.

Rom was brilliant, he spent all day going over our new home with a fine tooth comb and clearly knew exactly what to look for. Not only did I receive a comprehensive report within 2 hours of him leaving our home but he took the time to walk me round and explain every snag and what we should expect with the repair.
Incredible service from a true professional. Thank you Rom for all your help.

Brilliant service. I’d really recommend Norwich new build snagging. Rom was really lovely. He did a thorough job and spotted loads of snags which I hadn’t! Not only did he send us an in-depth report but he walked me round the home and showed me the areas he picked up, talked me through them and also advised on how to approach the builder to get the snag list completed.
