Persistent and Aggressive Sales Tactics
I signed up to use the platform but after reading a few reviews (on other sites) and using common sense, I decided to not go further. I told the representative I spoke with on the phone that it was a 'no' for me. He insisted I answer more questions. I responded politely but he pursued. Then I said "no" and hung up. He proceeded to phone me over a dozen times from various phone numbers.

Annoying customer service strategy
I saw an advertisement and I was curious so I registered just to check out webside and product. Then I received calls from customer services, pushing me to use platform. Forcing me to talk to them even I have said I want to delete my account and I am not interested to trade there. This guy from customer service was so annoying. I hang up because he did not want to delete my account.

Also If the website claims to be a large corporate or popular site, then warning flags should be raised.

This seems to just a scamming company. They seem to be dealing some fishy service towards people. They have tried to call me 30 times today and they do not respond to me that I do not want to have anything to do with them
