I’ve clearly had the same diabolical service from this company, and for the same thing many peeps have said.

I ordered tanning tablets and received whitening serum capsules.

I have emailed back and forth, with them saying it must have been a mistake, except that the same thing has happened to other people with the same items.

I’ve gone to Trading Standards and reported them, they’re refusing a refund for the item I ordered, and threatened me with exorbitant charges to return the wrong item.

Do not order through this company, it’s a scam.

Ordered a Blood Glucose Monitor and received Pulse Oximeter. Told that I could choose something else from catalogue or a 20% Refund.
Asked for totals refund as wrong item sent but was told that I would have to send Oximeter back to China first at cost of £20/£3o.
Item was posted from London so offered to post there but not allowed.
After lots of emails was eventually offered a 50% refund .
SCAMMERS - PLEASE AVOID

Absolute scam!!
As with many others , I ordered a tan product and was sent a whitening product!
Numerous emails to the company, told I have to send it back to China at my cost and a 15% refund will be credited to me...
Avoid this scam company at all costs everyone...this company should be held responsible and shut down completely!!

I ordered from this company a glucose/pulse meter as i am type 2 diabetic
The item i received on the 9th July was an oxi/pulse meter , totally the wrong item.
E.mailed to let them know and had reply to send photo of item received which i did
Since then , after numerous emails asking for an update on a correct replacement , i have had no further contact from this company
I would warn people that this company should not be trusted

As like other reviews ordered Tan tablets received Lightening tablets!! Was told Tan ones were out of stock & needed to send back to China at my own expense. Managed a £6 refund but basically this company should be closed down. Facebook is the worse culprit for Scam companies.

Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. I ordered tanning capsules, but received Skin Lightening Capsules. I have emailed the company 7 times trying to get a full refund, but they only offered a partial one and told me I could keep the product to save on return fees to China! Like they are doing me a good favour—it's their error! I'm now waiting for another response. So I will say this company is totally rubbish; they do not comply with European law and shouldn't be allowed to trade. They say the product TanShine Perfect Tan is no longer in stock, but they still sell it online, so this is a scam. Looking at reviews here, it seems this happens a lot with this company. Everyone, I would advise you to read the reviews for this business and do not do business with them.

They sent me the wrong item. I ordered a blood glucose meter, They sent me a broken oximeter.
When I asked for a refund I was told that I had to return the item to their warehouse in China at my expense ! This company are scammers Do not buy from them.

These are an absolute disgrace of a company. Sent the wrong items TWICE and refused to refund. Offered an exchange but nothing else I wanted. Still refused refund. These need closing down. Shocking, disgraceful and false advertising

I gave this company one last email and this time they didn't even respond, telling me to check the tracking. It's the first time I've been scammed like this and I'm furious with myself. Oh well, lesson learned!

No stars! Scam company! Send you the wrong item then want you to pay 💰 to send it back. Completely goes against your Consumer Rights. Avoid!

Appalling company from start to finish! Item ordered and paid for in full. Delayed delivery, then completely wrong item received. Despite contacting company several times they will not refund me so I now need to write off the money I paid which I definitely cannot afford to do! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY

Ordered Glucosemeters, received cheap and nasty blood oxymeters.
This company is mot to be trusted. Notcomplying with European law, no refund offered for shoddy misleading goods.

The instructions are impossible to read without a magnifying class. One oximeter literally fell apart when I took it out of the box. It’s going back.

Incorrect item sent , offered another item of my choice from company .
I requested to return product for full refund, was told cost £20 to £30 for me to send back to China, so was offered 20% of purchase price approx £4 .
Total waste of time never buy from this company again

I made a purchase, it turned up nothing like the original advert. Don’t waste your money, scammers with no conscience

I irdered 2 blood sugar monitors. After 14 days still nothing. No i have to order again from someone else.

They sent whitening serum not the tan capsules. They refused any refund unless the item they wrongly sent was returned to their warehouse in china at my own expense(£40)and still no guarantee they will refund.
I think they are scammers because they have lied about the guarantee of no questions asked money back guarantee,and i have read many others that have been sent the wrong goods and treated appaulingly as i have, all not recieved any offer of refund.
Terrible company,everyone needs to steer clear, the reviews of satisfied customers are also false.
