Don’t buy from this company a complete scam. Ordered TanShine & got skin whitening. Told me I would have to pay for the return which would cost more than the goods. Offer me a credit note or 20% refund even though it was their error.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They are a Chinese company that basically sends you the wrong product d then offers you a 30% refund but tells you that product has to be returned to China at a cost of $20 to$30 and it may get lost or damaged. Luckily I paid with PayPal who refunded my £19.95 for a glucose meter …. The product they sent me was of very poor quantity manufacture. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OPERATION THEH ARE ESSENTIALLY SCAMMERS.

Like many other reviews ,totally ripped off. I should have read these reviews! I was sent the wrong product. Offered to order something of same value from website. I refused asking for a full refund. They stated they do not offer this. I was then offered 20% back or pay more than the product is worth to send it back to China. Difficult to ascertain exactly where these company operates from. It appears it could be France, Germany or The US.. However the warehouse is in China. Dreadful company. Do not use them .

Wrong item sent it was an Oximeter not a Glucose meter and the company would not accept responsibility for changing it they wanted me to pay the return cost which would have been £25.00.
luckily i paid by Paypal and when they got involved received a refund right away DONT BUY OF THIS COMPANY BUNCH OF THIEVES

CANT GIVE ZERO. When you dont have what was ordered tell the customer, be honest and dont take the money and refuse to refund, or just offer another article to the same value to select.

I HAVE BEEN CONNED. Dont order from them the same could happen to you. They said the correct item was sent to me and only when I sent photographic proof did they change there offer. Still waiting for an apology for their mistakes.

I ordered Tanshine perfect tan and received lightening skin brightening capsules Emailed them and they said i couldnt have a refund because it had been opened and used which it hadnt been opened. So they offered me a credit note.Tried emailing again and it didnt send saying the address couldnt be found. Total scam do not order off this site. Scam, scam, scam

I bought and paid for tan capsules I recieved whitening capsules as I did not feel the offer to issue tanning drops which are not worth the postage cost as they don’t work. I was informed I will get 20 percent of the cost of the tan capsules please beware this is a total rip off I can keep the whitening capsules but as I don’t want the other products they fob you off with I was informed sending the product to china will not be paid unless I get correct address and the parcel doesn’t get lost so BEWARE IT IS A SCAM

The item ordered was replaced with a different item as out of stock,when I contacted them for a refund I was told the send it back to China at my expense.
A TOTAL SCAM OPERATION.
Contact Trading Standards,etc to report it.
If you paid by PayPal start a case.

Ordered a GlucoPulse... scepticism was well founded... they delivered a cheap OxiMeter... supposedly measures pulse and oxygen saturation... contacted them for a Refund... suggested I keep the Item and they'll issue a 20% Refund because Return postage to China is likely 20 Euros.... DO NOT USE THEM... I saw their Advert via Facebook so will try and get them removed....

Thought I was buying a non prick blood sugar monitor but got pulse oximeter. Bought in good faith as advertised on Facebook. £23.90 could have purchased for £8.99 on Amazon.

I can send the order back, to China, and when they receive it they will refund me. Why should I pay return postage, to China, for a product that I didn't order?! They sent me the wrong item. THEY ARE THEIVES AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

What an absolutely disgusting company, total rip off. They sent wrong product after I waited 5 weeks, then said I can keep it. I asked for a refund and was offered 20% of purchase price. What a joke, I’ve lost £30 for no fault of my own. Totally disgraceful, I gave the one star so I could write a review, they don’t deserve any stars at all. They deserve prosecuting.

just a load of scammers, the Trading Standards agency should close them down, as they are looking into prosecuting them for fraud and false pretenses

This is such a poor company that goes under several names, these are 2 of them Nivorae and Selandivo.
I inadvertently pressed the buy, thinking it would go to review order, but it charged my account that it connected to my PayPal.
I immediately tried to contact them, but no reply.
I have messaged them so many times, and today they replied to tell me if you want to cancel you have to do it within 30 minutes of purchasing…as it is now being processed they cannot stop it… what… I did reply straight away but they have ghosted me now… I have informed PayPal and my bank and they have said to wait for payment to clear and they will be happy to go for them. They are a scamming company, if I do actually get sent anything it will be refused at the door. Please do not trust them.

Not worth a review. All not true cheap Chinese rubbish Glucose monitors are not for glucose they are just heart rate and supposedly oxygen saturation. They arrived in a tiny box with little information you cannot read (so small writing) and take ages to arrive (from China) Which they say it’s an English Company. Also no batteries. Waste of money

Absolute scam, the mistake was theirs not mine and they have refused a refund. Been offered a percentage but have insisted on full refund.
Still awaiting a response although the no replies speak volumes!
I now refuse to purchase anything advertised on Facebook or their partner companies. Had 3 purchases and all wrong.
Nivorae are now advertising UK outlets so why should we post back to China!!
