NI Parcels is a parcel comparison site and when you choose a specific courier, that courier is separate from ourselves. It is very rare for there to be any collection issues however our team are on hand to assist, rebook collections and follow up with the courier for you. There is certainly no signs of a scam and we are alarmed you would allege this as, if a collection fails, this is never in the best interest of the specific courier driver.

User friendly website and people
I needed to retrieve some personal belongings from France and I was struggling to book the required arrangements with other couriers. The NI website worked for me and when I needed some guidance on customs paperwork I was able to ring NI where a nice guy helped me get sorted. Whole process was user friendly and worked well.
