This is a total scam. Stole the money and stopped all contact. No reply to emails no refund possible no letter. Just stole the money.

SCAM + WORST COMPANY EVER
Hi my name is Adam, I applied for a national insurance number through their website as advertised, I was starting a new job in the UK and needed my NIN as I have not worked in the UK before. Not only did I pay the incredible fee of 45 pounds for the applicaiton of a NIN, but I paid an extra 10 for the card and another 10 for "fast track delivery"... Since I was starting in two weeks the fast track service said it would come in two to three days, so I was very excited. Its been a month and a half now, I was screwed the first month as I did not get paid, so thank you for that. I have sent them around 30 emails and am on the phone on hold with them for at least 2 hours a day. What a terrible company. What terrible systems that are in place. What a terrible response time. Oh yeah and its 100% a scam please report this website and go on gov.uk. I am actually appalled how this company is run and would not be surprised if they were sued in the next few months for the worst customer service in the world.
100% SCAM company
Still haven't received my national insurance number card or letter after 3 months since my order confirmation. They do not respond to emails and when calling them within their office hours they say their office is closed. They have not issued a refund. This company is 100% A SCAM. Worst customer service imaginable. Please NOBODY use this site.

I paid for the service before realising this was not a governmental site. was on a call for more than an hour waiting for a reply as I already had a NI number I wanted a refund as they never completed the service I have received no information for more than 3 months.

Took my money and did not perform the service
I paid nino direct to change the name on my National Insurance, yet three months later I have not received an updated NI letter with my current name. I have escalated this three times within the company and they always blame it on the government. They are now telling me that I need to contact National Insurance myself to make the change, but refuse to give me a refund for the letter I never received. Do not pay these people - they do not deliver the service they promise.

All day I was ringing this no 0044 191 203 7010 .which was on a letter from Newcastle pension centre . After pressing many numbers ,constantly requesting to speak to someone. I just got a recording to say that my call would be answered shortly .After hours on the phone I hung up. I went to my lab top and found a different no .I was pleasantly surprised to talk to a lovely lady called Aisha .She was polite ,patient.organised and was very efficient .My really stressful day ended with such relief thanks again Aisha .very happy customer

unless 0300 numbers
The 0300 number set up by NIdirect does not function as it should. When seeking to make a payment to a prisoner the 03002007866 number (which is what the prison gave me and assured me was correct) does not even list payments as an option only visits which is expected as this hs always been the prison visits line. Also the operators have not been briefed about the payment line as two out of the three I rang this morning knew nothing about it! when I went onto the NiDirect site there is not even a notice of the phone number to ring! I mean I know they are prisoners but I as a taxpayer am paying nidirect for a service which they are failing to provide.
