I have paid to have a National Insurance Letter - not Received
I have paid to have a National Insurance Number Letter in November 2025. I received an email on the 5th December to say it was being processed and given a reference. It is now the end of January and I still haven’t received it. They claim if you write they will respond within one day, I have sent 6 emails and phoned the number and left a message as directed. To date NO RESPONSE.

Scam company operating a scam service. Charging people for a service that is free. Go to Gov.UK for the free service. The plastic cards have not been issued by the government for over 10 years so if the tell you that you will receive one, they are lying.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! I have thirt-part protection Trustpilot to most fraud sites. Exactly that saved me perhaps to finalized the payment. I consider this site and company as scam. What is strange is they still have my details - NINO, pnone number, date of birth and addres. I do not know how this site is not reported and close yet from HRMC.

Ordered a plastic national insurance card
Ordered a plastic national insurance card still waiting, company going under a new name now EASYNINO, wish I did some research.Tried to contact by email did not reply and telephone number +44 (0) 333 014 7210 which is unattainable. Company taken my money and not provided the service. Scam definitely avoid. Put a dispute in with my bank over payment.
