Wow Nimble knows how to do customer service! On both occasion that ive needed help (on a sizing enquiry and then on a return) the team have answered the email promptly and just got what i was trying to articulate (sometimes poorly). I prefer chatting to people on the phone instead of email but they were all over it! Thank you Team for all you help and I’m eagerly waiting at my mailbox for my parcel to arrive.

Insanely sized ..

ordered a pair of "sale pants" no where on the listing did it say a small is more like a size 14 or "oversized fit". ordered normal size small, got them honesty HIUGEEEEE. Contacted them to exchange, told no its sale item. sent picture of the insane oversized nature of the pants. they let me exchange them at my cost to return the pants then i was told once they received them 10 plus days for exchange to be processed and new ones sent. i wouldn't bother buying form them, they don't value you business especially repeat business. stock to the other brands that actually care about decent customer service.

Love all my Nimble products! Recently I did order an incorrect size for a Runsie, and despite the busy Black Friday/Christmas period I received prompt and friendly assistance. I was updated on the progress and options (which was taking longer than usual due to the busy period) throughout and never left wondering. All staff were friendly and helpful. Love Nimble!

Absolutely love my garments! They feel and fit perfectly. Super comfortable and I am in love with them. First time buyer and im hooked! There was a slight damage to one item but the customer service was amazing and was all sorted in about 10 minutes. Best customer experience I've ever had

The item I wanted to purchase had sold out, so I went on waiting list, I received an email to say it is available, immediately it went again, I reached out by email to say I was disappointed I couldn`t get, Jana found one in the warehouse and saved for me, I felt it was a very personal touch, especially with such a great brand like Nimble, this would be my very favourite Activewear brand.

Fantastic company with great values, beautiful garments and they possess solid knowledge of what we as their clients really want! I love my Nimble garments and getting comprehensive answers about sizing or anything else is a breeze as they have such supportive and responsive staff on hand, who are also respectful to your queries and needs. Not only was the response to my initial concern super fast, but the service the team offered was absolutely amazing. Couple this with the amazing product, I couldn’t recommend Nimble more highly.

The customer service I received from Nimble was next level good.
I had an issue with some tights and was sent an alternative pair so quickly and the new pair were perfect. For all running girlies the In Tempo Run Ankle Leggings will absolutely not move on the go, even with phone/keys/gels in the pockets! I had more luck with these than the tempo 7/8 leggings for not moving whilst running. For reference I’m 163cm and wear size M.

Nimble is amazing! All of the items I have purchased are beautifully made from high quality fabric. I recently had a small issue with an online order which was resolved seamlessly with the help of Jana and Caroline, both of their customer service was easily the best I have ever come across while shopping online.
