Beautiful products and brilliant customer service
Beautiful products made by people who really care about their customers. I am a first time customer. The item I received was slightly big, not only did they help arrange the return for me, they also honoured my first time customer discount for the second order. I didnt need to ask, they looked after everything on their side. Brilliant service. Well done Nimble.

Excellent customer service
I had some issues with sizing and the customer service team were incredibly helpful. The leggings are great quality and super comfortable to wear.

Best customer service
I sent back a return and forgot to include the packing slip inside. I contacted the team once i realised and they were so helpful and were able to process the refund immediately. I have always received amazing service from Nimble.

Love nimble activewear!
Love nimble activewear, very comfy clothing whilst also very stylish. The customer service is exceptional. I had been holding out on re-stock of an item and missed out when it came back into stock. I chatted with the sales assistant who was SO helpful, was able to source it from their warehouse and put together an order for me. Will continue to purchase from this company

I made an online enquiry regarding the Me Time Pant and Zip through and size. The response was immediate and very helpful. Their returns policy is attractive too, free returns if purchased in Australia so takes the worry out of choosing an incorrect size/colour.

Incredible Customer Service
I had such a great experience with one of your customer service reps called Caroline. She was so lovely and helped me process a couple returns as I got the sizing wrong. When I went to purchase a different size of the runsie (which I’m obsessed with!) it was showing sold out in that size of the black and blue that I wanted. I emailed Caroline to see if it will be coming back in stock and she replied promptly saying she wasn’t sure when it will be back in stock but that some other customers had recently returned the sizes I was after and she went ahead and created a cart for me and provided me a link so all I had to do was fill in the check out form. Caroline made the process so simple and I really appreciated her taking the time to assist with my request. Thank you 😁
