We provide structured contracts, clearly defined scopes of work, transparent pricing, contract administration and consistent on-site supervision as part of our project management service. We hold £10 million Public Liability Insurance and carry out works in accordance with UK Building Regulations and Building Control requirements. Full renovation of a small flat

Igor and his team have renovated my whole flat over a period of two years. They've replaced my kitchen and bathroom, installed new flooring, skirting, doors, and rewired as well. I have been very pleased with their work and have recommended them to several friends, who also had positive experiences. Igor is super easy to get in touch with and is very responsive. The team were always polite, tidy, and professional. Feel very lucky to have found them and will continue to recommend them!

Conservatory converted to extension

We had Zhan and Igor with us for a conversion of our conservatory into an extension. The outcome was as I hoped for and we are very happy with the space! It is obvious they put client relationships as a priority and we felt we were taken care of, and the team on site were very clean and respectful. The quality and workmanship was also excellent. As with many structural projects, unforeseen structural issues were uncovered however Zhan was very informative and transparent with us, and was happy incorporate some of our sugguestions to the solution, which we really appreciated. We would like to thank team for making a beautiful space for our family.
