According to the post office the return…
Since writing this review. The Night Store have been in touch. I have posted returned item and received a refund. Minus the postage and packing.
According to the post office the return address does not exist the address given on the Webb site comes back as British Boxers not The Night Store.

i have about 6 pairs of pyjamas from the night store and the price really reflects the quality, shipping is always so fast and even under new ownership the brand stands out to me, i won’t go anywhere else for my pjs!!

Great Customer Service
I wrote a negative review the other day but I’m now writing a positive one. Deb contacted me that same evening and everything was sorted the issues I had . I have my item now and it’s lovely.
The issues back in December were down to the last owners and not the new ones.
The customer service Deb and her team showed was great.
I will use this company again and will recommend to friends.

Faulty pjs
I contacted night store last night as some pjs which I purchased before company was taken over by debs.
Were coming apart at the seems I was just informing them as I thought they may have issue with fabric.
She immediately emailed saying that she would send me a pair of pjs of my choice
This is just 10/10 customer service
And I will
Continue to buy from them as the products are amazing

We now have several matching Christmas sets and really looking forward to buying our first matching set with our new baby this year!

I have purchased coords on a couple of occasions. I literally live in them as a busy mum. They are my go to outfits every day. Love the quality and soft feel to them too.

Delivery time was really good ,emails are responded to promptly. The quality of the pj and the lounge suits are really good wash well and dry quickly
The garments are comfortable I have 5 pj sets and 5 lounge outfit. 1 suggestion and you may already do it is a petite range as I am nearly 5ft 7 and the trousers are a good length
