Great communication from the start, responses received within minutes and booked in for the day and time I wanted. The person that came was very professional and really nice, nothing was too much trouble or an issue, even the fact that the cleaning machine could not fit in the lift meaning he had to carry it up many flights of stairs to the fourth floor. The carpet looks like new and all stains came out which I was surprised about as they were old and the cause unknown. I highly recommend this company and am a very happy customer.

Anthony’s carpet cleaning service transformed my new flat from looking tired to something I could be excited about moving into. Italy transformed my carpets. He was kind enough to come and see them the same day as I didn’t know what type of carpet I had and communication throughout was outstanding. Great service and a good price too. Great experience with Nicholson Cleaning! Very easy to organize and get a quote - replied immediately to my message and sent me a quote after me sending a video of the carpet area that needed work. Also came no problem on short notice - the next day! The man (whose name embarrassingly escapes me) who cleaned the carpets came on time, was friendly and worked very hard. Our carpets look new! Very pleased, would recommend and would use again.

Great service. We had a bit of an emergency with child vomiting on brand new cream carpet. Jason did an amazing job undoing the damage and the carpet is perfect again. Prompt, friendly, professional service.

We've been so impressed with Nicholson Cleaning that we booked them in advance to come again to do our general cleaning as at our age it's not so easy to do now. Nice to have a smiling and efficient, trustworthy gentleman who uses environmental cleaning products and equipment. Not for him just a tickle with a feather duster. He puts effort into it.
