A waste of money. Both times I ordered from Nia Wigs I received DEFECTIVE wigs. The headband wig I ordered in 2023 had a huge lump of hair behind the headband. The lump is on the top of the head and could not be made to lay flat. Also, the headband looked cheap, and choppy, stray strands of hair came out of the headband.

The headband wig I ordered in 2021 was made better, but the circumference of the headband/wig cap was ridiculously small. My head is average, and I have never had a wig not fit other than that one. Also, the headband looked cheap, and choppy, stray strands of hair protruded from the headband.

In addition,I ordered the exact same wig each time, and one wig was longer than the other.

The quality was bad. It was not the same as what the influencers were given. I feel cheated. Never ordering here again. I have already thrown out the wig as it was tangling very badly. Was a waste of money.

Unfortunately hair refuses to take moisture it’s also gets unbelievably matted extremely unbearable .

Besides that the (tap-ins) where good and strong against wind , pulling , and water

I was sent the wrong wig. When is attempted to return it was told I could not.

Quick delivery. I really like the texture and overall feel of the hair. I want to thrilled about the smell- however, I am aware that often the hair will have a slight smell from texturizing the hair. I’ll give a full review once I install these micro loop extensions in my clients hair

Two stars, not a great experience.

I’m a newbie to wearing wigs and I must say that I love my silky straight wig. I’m looking forward to ordering more wigs through NiaWigs as I build a collection.

Honestly the best quality out there. I don’t say this lightly because I’ve tried so many companies in the past where the hair ends up being ratty within a month. I’m really happy I found them, I’ve been using them for about a year. Communication is also really good when issues do arise

1st wig was great.... the orders proceeding I ordered small size caps and they were all huge.

I tried to return a wig to you but you never responded to multiple emails. It’s still in the box and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. You do not provide any customer service. I bought this wig is December and I am just now getting this email for a review. I also did not get the discount you promised when I purchased it. I will return the wig as soon as you send me a return label with instructions. Please make improvements to your service department.

The wig looks very natural and similar to my hair type. I was easily able to recolor it. The ability to order using custom measurements helped make this wig fit my head perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the service and product this company provided.

My experience was great. Shipping was fast I purchased two headband wigs different types. The only thing I wish they would do update their headbands. I have two sets of the same headbands.🥴🙄

The last purchase that I made, I did not receive the wig that I purchased. It was a totally different wig. I know this because I have purchased a lot of wigs from NiaWigs.

When I received them product, I did not like the length or honestly how it looked on me specifically (I tried it on one time, for a few minutes, never actually wore it out). When I reached out to customer service to return (which I was well within my rights to do), the customer service went back and forth multiple times cautioning me to keep the wig and never providing me a way to actually return it. I’ve never had so many issues trying to return a product (which I ultimately could not return).
