I did NOT receive the wig that I ordered. Also, had to trash the wig after 2 months because it was all matted together and unable to wear.

I had to re-purchase curly headband wig, which as always works perfectly for the gym and other ventures.

I am always satisfied with the wigs.The quality is great and the service excellent.
From my perspective it is the best wig on the market compare with others for the same price.🥰🥰🥰

First off all, my wig order came on time. They kept me updated every step of the way. The wig itself is amazing. The cut was perfect, just as I ordered and wanted. The whole experience was as they started fin beginning to the end. I will shop with them again. I'll refer them to anyone and everyone.

Nia Wigs I-Tip Hair Extensions – Honest Review

I recently purchased I-Tip hair extensions from **Nia Wigs**, and my experience was highly disappointing.

The ordering and shipping process went smoothly, but the product I received was not what I ordered. I specifically purchased the *water wave* curl pattern. However, the extensions I received were *kinky curly*, which is drastically different. My natural hair is curly, but it has a loose, water-wave texture with larger ringlets—not tight or kinky curls.

When I reached out to customer service to request a return or exchange, I was told that I could not send the hair back because I had seen the product photo on their website before ordering. This response was both unhelpful and illogical, as the product I received did not match the advertised curl pattern.

Despite this, I decided to have the extensions installed to see if I could make them work. I purchased several lengths (24”, 22”, 18”, and 16”), but after the first wash, I knew something was wrong. The hair puffed up immediately, which is not characteristic of genuine human hair. After the second wash, it became extremely tangled and difficult to manage. Combing through it took nearly an hour before washing and another thirty minutes afterward.

By the third wash, the extensions had completely matted and formed dreadlock-like tangles. I applied my usual hair products (gel and mousse), but by the end of the day, the hair was unmanageable. Even deep conditioning did not help. I ultimately had to cut the extensions out because they could not be salvaged.

I have worn extensions for over ten years and am very familiar with proper care and product quality. Based on this experience, I can confidently say that these extensions are **not real human hair**, despite what the company claims.

While Nia Wigs may produce decent wigs, they clearly lack the expertise to manufacture quality I-Tip extensions. The product did not match the description, and the company’s refusal to accept a reasonable return request was deeply disappointing.

**In summary:**
I would not recommend purchasing I-Tip extensions from Nia Wigs. The hair quality is poor, it does not resemble human hair, and the customer service experience was unsatisfactory. Consumers should exercise caution before buying from this company.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Niawigs. The way my return was handled shows a complete disregard for fairness and customer satisfaction.

Despite the wig being labeled as the correct size, it did not fit properly. I communicated this issue clearly — sizing with wigs is not just about measurements; comfort and fit are subjective but essential. Unfortunately, this core issue was ignored in the response I received.

To make matters worse, I followed all return procedures in good faith and paid out-of-pocket costs to send the item back. Yet, I was only refunded €91 — leaving me with a financial loss exceeding €70 after factoring in return shipping and taxes. Niawigs claimed the wig was resold and the item was “correct,” but that doesn’t address my actual experience as the customer.

I’ve asked for:

A detailed breakdown of how the €91 refund was calculated

The remaining balance of €40.91 to be refunded

Reimbursement for return shipping and taxes I paid

These are not unreasonable requests. They reflect a basic standard of customer service that any reputable company should uphold. At this point, I cannot recommend Niawigs to others and will not be purchasing from them again.

I truly, truly love this Afro, Kinky wig that is literally identical to my natural hair. My natural hair is not as full and thick as I like. This wig gives me the vibe/style I wish I had naturally. Please make this same wig with bangs and a side part. That would be so lovely.

This wig is very flattering. Love the curl and how secure the band is. The wig is complimented with really nice gifts. I do recommend.

The order(s) arrived in a timely manner, however, I was charged shipping costs even after I reached the price threshold.
Though I understand limiting the quantities of purchases for the clearance items, If its a sell, its a sell. What difference does it make if a customer buys 2 or 10, sold is sold.

The hair quality is consistently impressive and reliable, always meeting expectations.
