My girlfriend and I used New Homes Mortgage Scotland to help us obtain a mortgage for a new build property.
We’re still going through the process however, Jade Stein - our representative, got us our mortgage offer within a week.

Good service/support from mortgage advisor however continually ‘hounded’ regarding protection polices. Activated without speaking to myself or partner, was given 17 minutes to reply to an email before all polices were activated without checking if still required.

David and Jade were the absolute dream team in securing our mortgage for our dream forever family home. They took all the stress away from us - mortgage, life insurance and home insurance.
