I,didn't, like that I ask them to unlined the paper that I needed to sign but they sent me a new pack of forms that I had all have feel out. I have call them three or four times to ask was there any thing else that I needed to do but I still don,t, have the money in my account yet.

I received a call back fairly quickly and Dawn, the rep, was able to address my concerns, both the one I called about as well as one I had submitted as an online request. In addition, Dawn was able to assist my wife, who was on the line, and address her requests.
It was so nice to speak with a human! Katie was awesome, very pleasant, efficient, helpful. With so much on my plate struggling for human help with other companys, medical insurances and government. I am dealing with a trust and death of a brother who has a policy with Nassau. It takes a lot of time contacting those who may have provided policies. Nassau has been easy to contact and they sent me information to be filled out. Now I wait till their legal team looks over the claim.
