I called to follow up on a request I made by telephone on 4/15/26. I had asked on 4/15 for a specific form to be emailed to me so I could fill it out and submit to Nassau, but it was never sent. When I explained the situation to the representative, Ava, she immediately volunteered the info that she had been the person I originally spoke to on 4/15. She then apologized very sweetly (and profusely) for not following up sooner, and committed to do so before the end of the day -- which she did by emailing the originally requested document. It was a pleasure to speak with someone who admitted an error, didn't try to blame anyone else, and apologized in a way that was obviously sincere and heartfelt. I'm probably happier now than I would have been if Ava had just sent the document shortly after 4/15. She made a very positive impression, and it's always great when someone helps restore your faith in humanity! Kudos to Ava!

It was very satisfying to interact with SABRINA on 4/27/26 to resolve the issue of not being able to access my account. She was polite and patient and did whatever was necessary to re-establish connection to my account after I was made to think the issue was on my end. Sabrina is motivated to satisfy her customer and it makes a huge difference to me having come from a place of frustration over a period of going back and forth over the same problem.
