I talked with Curtis when I made my call to Nassau. He gave me the steps I needed to take, sent me the needed paperwork to complete. Once I returned the paperwork, my life insurance policy was closed and the money was sent to me.
Joann was very helpful and very sympathetic to my circumstances. She also responded with an email containing forms for me to complete; however, I could not open the forms and need to get in touch with her again.

Michelle Vegal (or Vagal?) was polite, professional, easy to understand and quickly assisted us with what we needed.
First of all the person I spoke with spoke English. They knew what I wanted as was able help me without transferring me top someone else. I don't remember her name but she was very good at her job and probably should get a raise.
I never received my PHL paperwork and this lady was able to contact a manager and get it sent to me. The problem was they have my old address on the paperwork when I printed it.?
The kind lady went right to the point---answered my question with numbers immediately instead of giving me all kinds of helpful information about the future type of information which I didn't ask for. Nassau is a great organization.

I never received statement for my insurance policy this year. I called to see about getting statement and making payment. Dawn was very helpful, she e-mailed me statement and took my payment over the phone.
The customer service folks were very helpful. I provided limited information and they explained the policy in detail. Excellent human contact!
The rep was excellent answered all of my questions and was very detailed and patient.
Laurie was excellent. She did a wonderful job of fully explaining the different options available on this policy. Thank goodness for her, as I truly didn’t understand the possibilities. She obviously “knows her stuff”.
The customer service person, Katie, was great to work with. She readily answered all my questions and sent me all the forms and instructions I needed. Katie has a pleasant personality.
