Can someone please sort out the introduction of the new trams. Sitting in sidings in Switzerland getting covered in graffiti, entering service at a snails pace, frequent breakdowns and doors opening on the wrong side. It’s been 5 months since the first one was rushed into service so that it could be claimed that the promised 2024 deadline had been met. We are nearly into June and nearly all of the services are still operated by the faithful old units rather than the new £362 million fleet!!

The seats are uncomfortable and narrow. There is no front seat anymore. The signage is confusing...wheelchair and buggy accessibility shown on the door and floor but there are 3 seats there. Do they lift up? That could be a source of friction?

THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND MOST EXPENSIVE METRO SERVICE IN EUROPE. Delays over delays, gaps, driving with 10-15 miles p/h. Boiling hot when it’s not even that cold outside and freezing when temperatures are below zero. PopCards with One Network tickets are not available to scan on trains (even though you pay for them) and they ask you to request a print that will be sent in 7-8 working days. A joke. It also takes 48 hours for a ticket to be added to your PopCard. 48 HOURS!!
This is definitely not a Third World Country transportation system.

I had an alarming experience at Monument Metro Station where a Nexus employee physically assaulted me. When I politely asked for their name or ID after they reported my friend, the employee responded with violence. This behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about safety and professionalism at this station."
Shocking
Bus drivers had a condescending demeanour and were not helpful whatsoever. One of them charged me double and I asked why and he said "Next time, ask for it" and shrugged me off. Horrible experience.
Popcard
Tried to purchase a pop card on website. Website just kept taking me back to same page. Had to reregister with a different email to do it. No response to my query from customer service. Went to use my popcard on the bus today, which I purchasd with £5 credit. Scanned first use. Great! Went to use it on my return journey home. Said it was invalid or had no valid tickets available. Something like that, on it.
Checked it. Still had £5 on it. First journey hadn't deducted, either, even though it clearly scanned properly as a ticket printed out. Am I suppose to scan it getting off the bus somewhere or what? Or is it just a not a very well set up system. I'd ask customer service but they'll likely not reply.
NexusPay/Connect Cashless Parking is not a secure site.
I registered with NexusPay aka Connect Cashless Parking and parked successfully using the system. However two days later I was targeted in a very convincing attempt to scam me out of several thousands of pounds worth of goods/money transfers on the credit card used to register. My bank said they were very familiar with this happening to customers who had recently registered with this company. This site is NOT SECURE. Companies are not always responsible for scammers intercepts but they could, if they wanted to, make the site secure but have chosen not to.
Called CP Plus
CP Plus , I drove onto hospital grounds in barnstaple , parked in allocated free disabled bay at side of hospital avoiding main car park with badge displayed A week later received a photo of myself driving into hospital from roundabout past the entrance to car park and leaving after appointment .
Then sent a fine with no evidence of my car parked illegally. The appeal link is not clearly printed on their paperwork. I appealed as I didnt park illegally and requested a photo of car parked illegally ( which it wasnt) .charges were dropped.
I have replied requesting when they are going to send me MY COMPENSATION, for causing me extreme distress on my already severe anxiety disorder. This company commits FRAUD trying to issue unfounded tickets with zero evidence . Whom do I contact for my compensation or do I need to report to an authority?

This company is a big scam, they fined me because I dropped my ticket, despite showing them my bank statement that I made the purchase and I voluntarily informed the staff that I lost the ticket because I didnt make anything wrong!!. the staff told me to accept the fine and appeal later they would refund it back to me. Charged me 54.50 and refused my appeal despite provide more than sufficient evidence with screenshots and bank statement showing that I bought a ticket that day. Also their service is horrible, trains are always late.
Dishonest company
Gave me a fine - even though I have a permit! I’ve seen many complaints like this. How they get away with it is through lies and deceit with Popla or should I say POOPla too.
