These guys have been amazing
These guys have been amazing. We really struggled to even walk our dog along with him lunging at cars as we walked down the street. This resulted in us walking late at night which wasn’t good for us or our dog. These guys changed everything after just 4 weeks residential. We can now take our dog every where without any issues, they also taught us to so we have better understanding. Thank you to the whole team.

These people have left bad reviews based on a company on the other side of the world! Don’t let these amazing dog trainers suffer because of someone else’s mistake!
The owner of this company is nothing short of amazing and built his business from nothing! Served for our country and is continuing that legacy in training your pets! Don’t let small minded people that don’t even live in the UK or used his services tell you any different!

This dog training company is the best that you will find - ever! They genuinely care and have so much knowledge- cannot recommend enough
Please do not confuse with next level canine who appear to have upset a few people - NEXT LEVEL DOG TRAINING is in no way connected and would never act on the way that has been alleged of this other business

We won’t be abandoning our name that we have had over 3 years just because another company the other side of the world is being dragged through the Mud. They are Next Level canine we are Next Level Dog Training. If they are not clever enough to know the difference and want to try and put another business down that’s up to them. Most people know we are completely different companies.
You also know this is not the correct business but still leave a 1 star review 🙈
Helping a rescued cocker
After looking around we chose next level after a visit. Our cocker at the time was a 2 year old ??cocker rescue
We have had spaniels before but this was our first rescue. After 6 sessions we had Iggy walking beautifully to heel on a slip lead. We discussed next steps for off lead. We went for an e collar after testing on myself. Iggy spent 2 days at school then I had 4 training sessions with him and the team. I now have a happy cocker whose behaviour and recall is excellent. Iggy and me have put in the hours doing our homework to get there. When ever we go for a lesson as we go up the drive he is excited and pleased to see teacher. For excellent support and advice they are first rate but you have to do the homework. Thanks from a happy dog and his owner

My dog went on an almost 5 week…
My dog went on an almost 5 week residential for being a puller and reactive he came back worse paid 4K and no refund offered they also decided themselves to put my dog on a diet without my permission even though my vet had said he was perfect! I still hire private fields and can't walk him on my own total waste of money I was offered to bring him back for a days extra training but I live a fair distance away so it wasn't viable. Save your money I wish I had! This is my second review my first was removed! NOT MY 20th!!! Like I said save your money. They promised me a disabled woman I'd be able to walk my dog after training we were by the way shown Lenny our dog in a small room not in a training field! I said I couldn't return because of the distance. You failed me and my dog.

Hi Beverley, this must be the 20th review you have sent. Your dog came in for residential training but before we could train him we had to lower his food intake due to him being obese. We have photos and weekly records from the scales as we weigh our dogs weekly. It’s concerning that you or your vet couldn’t see this. He was completely out of control around other dogs and thats what we worked on and our training team did an amazing job. Lenny made huge progress and within 2 weeks he was walking around dogs fully under control. We also have around 15 videos of this too. The trainers worked hard to get Lenny where he was. A handover was done with you guys on a local dog park and you were very happy with the results. We also made you aware how important it was for you to continue the training and follow up sessions are needed to keep you and Lenny on track. Lenny is a high drive dog that needs physical and mental stimulation daily and during his training this is what he got and that is why we made massive progress. You didn’t turn up to one follow up session or send any videos of you working with Lenny for us to guide you so yes Lenny was let down but not by ourselves. We keep records and videos of everything. Residential is not a miracle that finishes the day they leave here, it’s about us identifying the issues and then working with the dog to:
1. Build a relationship
2.Teach Markers
3. Fulfilling the dogs needs
4. Condition new behaviours
5. Counter condition unwanted behaviours
When the dog is doing this on site we then have to start exposing them to the real world little by little. All the clients have to do is do what we do, practice, use the WhatsApp group for feed back and turn up to the follow up sessions and unfortunately you don’t do any of the above. We continued to offer you support but you continue to decline.
