I was very happy with the purchase and the instructions provided for me to redeem my game. I had one minor challenge that required an email to their customer service address. I got a response back in exactly one minute so top marks for that!

1 year xbox ultimate subscription account is big scam, you are suposed to set this account on your xbox as home console to be able to play gamepass games on your own profile. the first account i got had 0/5 switches to home console left, which means this account was already used... after a few days of emailing to support i got a new account which worked this time and i set it as home console. All seemd to work fine but after a while i started getting thrown out of my games with this error message: "You started playing somewhere else"... "Playing here will end your other session. Do you want to play here instead? Which can only mean 1 thing.. the same gamepass account si sold to multiple people.. you cant even change the account password. I used a different store in the past to get 12 month ultimate account and it worked from the start no issues whatsoever and also you could change the passowrd of the account its yours to keep. I recommend you try and find another place to buy gamepass ultimate accounts.

You get some kind of account and not the game pass. Absolute scam.
*Edit: after sending an email asking for a refund, they refuse to give me one, giving me a much lower valued counteroffer and threatening me into acceptance by demananding me to remove this review.
**Edit: they have stated that they will not refund me as long as I have not deleted this review, I will not delete this review as long as I do not get a refund. As long as this stands, they have been unwilling to coöperate.

Bought an XBOX 12 month Game Pass thinking it was a digital code.

The page product misleads users making you think you’re buying a digital code while you receive credentials to a shared XBOX account instead.

Still, once activating the account, it wouldn’t be possible to play as the account was probably being used by other people.

I asked for the refund so I could buy the actual digital code instead and, despite the full refund being mentioned as an option in the refund policy page, they refused it and gave me another 2 accounts instead - which also don’t work.

It’s been a week now and the issue wasn’t resolved, nor a refund was made.

I paid for a product which doesn’t work. I am not able to play and they won’t give me my money back, nor find a permanent solution.

I’m completely unsatisfied and don’t recommend this store to anyone.

Edit 1: after posting this review, they replied saying they would refund me after deleting this review. As I see multiple complains here about the same promise and no refund process even after the deletion, I replied back saying I will only delete it after the refund will have been processed. Despite saying that, they kept insisting on having it deleted before but I won’t change my mind. Will wait 2 days for the refund, otherwise will file a legal action against them.

Edit 2: For some reason they will not explain, today I was informed that the refund process was denied as per their policy (which their website does not say anything about). So, even if I had removed the review, they’d have not refunded me anyways, confirming the fake promise as it happened to other customers. I have then requested the digital code for a game with the same price as a replacement and received a reply saying it’s currently out of stock, despite being available in the website.

Situation is only getting worse. Will contact them again tomorrow about it and update the review accordingly.

Edit 3: reached out to them twice during the day and has NO RESPONSE at all. If I won’t hear from them by today, my lawyer will be involved.

Edit 4: No response from them anymore. They keep changing their promises and policies as best fits their need, not respecting what is written in their website. Also, Mary is unprofessional and impolite. I sent everything to my lawyer and he will be taking from here.

Conclusion: SCAMMERS! Avoid this shop at all costs.

I was very pleased with the service I received from customer support. Mary was extremely attentive, understanding, and solution-oriented; she resolved my issue quickly. I appreciate the attention and courteous approach they showed. I recommend them with confidence.

Bought an Xbox game expecting a normal digital code. Instead, I received login details for a separate Xbox account. The product page did not clearly disclose this. Refund was refused. Very misleading experience.

After refusing my refund, GamiTrend agreed in writing to exchange the unused Xbox account product for a Digital Code and confirmed that the replacement would be delivered. It never was.

Afterwards, they repeatedly asked me to update/remove my 1-star review and even linked provision of the code to an updated review. Later they changed the conditions again and demanded an additional payment for the key.

So the issue is no longer only the misleading product description. It is also a promised replacement that was not delivered and constantly changing conditions afterwards.

I have now escalated the matter to my card provider.

You think you purchase a game but you get an account which you have to be logged in to to play the game. Misleading and not mentioned on the product page. And deny refunds. Do not buy here!

Speedy service received everything fast downloading the game within 5mins of purchase , 10/10 service recommend highly

Gamitrend worked with me for weeks to help me upgrade from two separate accounts i ordered, to 1 order of 6 months of gamepass codes. Thank you very much, my brother was pretty stoked to receive these as a birthday present. At first I thought i was going to be stuck with an account i didnt need, but they helped me out along the way and allowed for me to upgrade my purchase, by paying more using a balance top up option, pretty much hassel free.

Would definitely purchase from Gamitrend again!

Thought I was buying an Xbox Gamepass code but I was sent the login for an Xbox account, contacted customer support who assured me it was above board

Had a gut feeling it wasnt but tried using it anyway, worked for 2 days then I couldnt use it and got an error that someone else was using the account/game.

Clearly the account is being used by multiple people.

Logged into the associated Xbox account, multiple consoles linked etc... and the subscription purchase was made in Indian rupees

Requests for a refund were constantly denied

This is a flat out scam, avoid at all costs

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I purchased Xbox Game Pass expecting a digital activation code but received login details for someone else’s account instead. They promised me a refund, but after MORE THAN 18 BUSINESS DAYS, I still received nothing.

I would really recommend this site and there products as they really work and are great value for money. Further more, if you have any problems or issues with setting up your purchased items, they also have a fantastic support team that's very helpful and full of step by step technical advice and are really, really fast and responsive and friendly and never get frustrated with you, even if you email the team a week later. I would highly recommend this site to anyone as I have already done to some of my friends and family. Thanks guys 💯 percent

Great follow-up from support staff. Needs more clarity upfront on their website regarding the activation process (key vs account) but otherwise amazing service.
