Excellent workmanship
Good delivery
Easy to assemble

No sign of, don't ask for a review when you haven't delivered the goods yet, been 8 days......

Ordered sunrise super king bed in beige linen material. It’s a very nice looking bed and I’m very very happy with it.
Delivery was quick, just a week from ordering. Delivery men carried the items in to the bedroom.
Assemble it was easy, however the 54 inch headboard had only one screw and a plastic washer to hold it in place. The plastic washer bent and split. It’s not strong enough to keep the headboard from flopping even when it’s up against the wall. We fitted a metal washer but headboard is still floppy. (Not so it’s causing a problem) . In my opinion it should have 2 screws with 2 larger metal washers.
The feet are also plastic with a metal screw. Not ideal as you have to stand the bed on its side to fit the middle bracket to hold the two bed frames together. When tipping it back onto its feet we had to lift the whole frame so the feet wouldn’t snap.

But, All in all, I am very happy with my purchase.
Thank you NextDivan team

Great value and super quick delivery

Excellent service from start to finish - Great communication and delivery.

Cheap and mis shaped

Good service with a good value for money bed.

I do not usually need to write a negative review. But I feel others need to be fore warned before ordering from this company.
I ordered a double base. Headboard. Mattress the bed arrived very fast. BJS delivery guys no issues very helpful
They took pictures for me. The base was terrible. Big lumps and shards of wood sticking out. Headboard was filthy. Mattress was satisfactory but no where worth the money I paid.
Emails I sent were answers repeating themselves over and over. They were not answering my questions. I asked for the whole 4 items to be collected for full refund. They would not confirm the refund to me. Bjs contacted me saying we are coming to collect the base. I had not agreed this with next beds. Another email very slow response. Stating they were waiting for me to tell them what I wanted. I feel they are selling cheap items then ignoring their customers. Phone numbers do not work. Emails are poorly worded. I am now in the process of a section 75 with them. Please if you do order use a credit card only. Else you will never see your money again and be left with a faulty bed. The base is made from cardboard. I will also be contacting trading standards. My bed is dangerous.

This is a true review of my experience with this company.

Follow up - I had a phone call saying they would refund me 50% for the not fit for purpose bed, that was days ago, I have no refund. 4 more emails with no replies. I have now gone for the section 75 with my credit card for a full refund.

Please seriously do not buy anything from this company they go under a few names.

caused me so much stress.

This is a true review of my ongoing experience.

Further update.

Email from them saying I have a credit slip in my account which is lies I checked. However. I want my money back as if I would order from this company again.

This is a true review of the stress and anxiety this company’s causing me.

I opened a dispute with PayPal. I paid via my credit card.
I have now escalated this.
I had an email from the company saying they had refunded me 50%. Total lies.
Please order elsewhere, you really do not need the stress I’m going through.

I’ll keep updating
Today I have received an email
Asking me to confirm a date for them to collect the bed. Then they will refund me in full.
When I replied stating my consumer rights act 2015. Which is a full refund before they collect. They replied with- Please do not email using forwarding email each separately, I am in a massive dispute with this company and I will not give up. Forwarding gives a good email trail. I really do not think this company knows what customer service and resolving a dispute means.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT USE! Wrong item delivered still waiting on a refund. Told the refund has been issued would take 2 days I am still waiting 14 days on. I had a notification from my Bank yesterday they had issued a refund for GBP0:00. Terrible customer service. You can never get hold of them via telephone always receiving the "GifGaff Voicemail" messages left no calls returned. Emails take days to respond to. I am still waiting on for a response to my email and will be reporting to Trading Standards! Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

Well thank you for our lovely bed you’re people were great they help with the bed came early as well thank you and thank the two men as well please

Quick delivery, great product, value for money

Easily assembled.

Great mattress great price and great delivery.

Great quality bed frame. Would definitely recommend. Great sales always one.

Great bed and really good price. Plenty of rooms in the draws too. Looks great thank you

Easy to order. Had to amend Delivery day but couriers very helpful in altering the date.
Delivery time slot accurate and couriers called when on way and delivered directly to the room.

Very easy procedure from start to finish

Quality of the product overall (material), is ok and assembly is straight forward. However I have a fault with one part of the bed, have called the company but it only goes to voicemail and my emails aren’t being responded to. Customer service therefore very disappointing as I’ve paid a lot of money and currently left with a faulty product.
Delivery was quick, however there was limited information about the 3rd party associated with deliveries. Would appreciate a call urgently to resolve my order.
