Comfortable bed but better design putting together needed
We liked the finish of the bed and it comfort, however it was really stressful trying to put clips under the bed as they kept popping back out. Better design needed to keep beds attached.

Thank you for your feedback, We are sorry to hear you experienced difficulty with the U-clips. That certainly shouldn’t cause unnecessary stress during assembly. Please email us at info@nextdivan.co.uk with your order details and, if possible, a photo of the clips in place so we can look further into the issue and assist you promptly.

A replacement base has been booked to be sent out to you, and our priority is to put this right as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for your patience while we resolve the issue.
Missing Items
Got delivered the bed with missing screws so the bed is now being used without any assembly done. After emailing about the missing screws they said the missing pieces will be delivered shortly but nothing ever came.

Dear customer, we are very sorry for the delay and for the inconvenience caused by the missing screws. We did arrange for these to be sent, however Royal Mail have recently been experiencing delivery delays which appear to have affected your parcel. We have now resent another package to you to ensure you receive the parts as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience, and please let us know if there is anything further we can help with.

Svar från Next Divan
We are sorry to hear that your bed base has become damaged.
Our divan bases are constructed using specially engineered corrugated board designed for strength and durability, not standard cardboard. This is an industry standard material used to provide support while keeping the base lightweight.
As the bed was purchased in 2024, it would have been covered under our 1-year manufacturer’s warranty at the time. If the issue had been reported within that period, we would have been able to arrange a replacement for you.
Easy to view website
Easy to view website . Cannot comment on build quality yet as we haven’t slept on the divan yet.
Delivery organised very quickly. Prices are very competitive.
