Nextcloud Omdömen 

Je ne peux que vous recommander d'utiliser Nextcloud pour de l'hébergement de fichiers ou d'autres choses. C'est une vraie suite de services (qui peut être auto hébergée) et qui est à l'écoute des retours.

Bref je recommande de se tourner vers ça plutôt que Google Drive ou même Onedrive.

Nextcloud is used in our organization for years now. Extremely well developed with nice extensions to manage all your files etc.

We use hosted solution with Cloudamo, as best option, but you can self host also

Security, speed is also nice.

Best software for data organization and in combination with Cloudamo perfect combination for all your images, files, music etc.

We use them for over 3 years now, and if you do not wish to self host, with Cloudamo as hosting backend there is no need to look further!

As a free user, Nextcloud really is the best thing for self hosted media.

I reckon that it is not the fastest and Apache/Php show their ages, however for my use case I like it and I am glad its open source

Das Konzept von nextcloud ist wirklich genial. Dateiablage, Fotos, Kalender, Notizen usw., alles in einer Lösung. Einmal am Browser angemeldet, steht alles integriert zur Verfügung - so die gute Idee dahinter.

Mit großem Enthusiasmus haben wir das Projekt gestartet: Einführung nextcloud im Verein. Bei einem großen deutschen Hosting-Anbieter haben wir uns einen Server gemietet.

Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen: Das Ganze ist kläglich gescheitert. Nextcloud fand überhaupt keine Zustimmung bei den Anwendern.

Außer evtl. der Dateiablage und dem Kalender gibt es keine Funktion in nextcloud, die halbwegs vernünftig und fehlerfrei funktioniert.

Ganz extrem habe ich es bei der Notizen - App empfunden. Das Teilen der Notizen funktioniert nicht direkt. Wir haben es mit mehreren Testusern probiert. Die Mobile App ist zudem unbrauchbar.

Von intuitiver Nutzung für einen normalen Anwender ist nextcloud noch weit entfernt.

Dazu kommt, dass nextcloud extrem langsam ist. Es mag am Hosting Anbieter liegen bzw. an dem Paket, was wir gebucht haben. Hier könnte man es nochmal auf einen anderen Anbieter probieren, aber so ist es nicht zu gebrauchen.

Für den Eigenbedarf vielleicht nutzbar, wenn man sich das antun möchte und selber Spaß und Freude hat am experimentieren. Aber in einer Organisation mit nicht so IT-bewanderten Anwendern rate ich dringend ab.

Für uns war es verlorene Zeit mit nextcloud. Wir werden unsere Synology Anwendungen weiter ausrollen. Das ist zwar nicht so schön integriert, aber es funktioniert und führt nicht zu Frustrationen.

Ich nutze Managed Nextcloud bei einem großen deutschen Hosting-Unternehmen. Um es vorweg zu nehmen: Nextcloud ist eine völlig unausgereifte Lösung, oder um genauer zu sein: Es gibt so gut wie keine App, die nicht schrott ist, mit Ausnahme der Dateiverwaltung. Hier meine Fehler- bzw. Mängelberichte.

Mail-App: Man kann zwar Aliase anlegen, aber keinen verwenden, die Auswahl des Alias wird schlicht nicht übernommen. E-Mails lassen sich nicht durchsuchen. Es gibt zwar eine sehr differenzierte Suchfunktion, tatsächlich durchsucht wird aber nur das Betreff des aktuellen Ordners.

Photos: Keinerlei Sortierung der Bilder möglich, es lassen sich auch keine Einzelordner ausschließen, die evtl. belanglose Inhalte zeigen. Keine Vorschau von Videos.

Notizen: Die Android-App ist völlig unbrauchbar, da sie andauernd abstürzt.

Aufgaben: Völlig daneben. Das Anlegen einer neuen Aufgabe erzeugt immer eine zweite leere Aufgabe. Die kann man dann natürlich löschen.

Ganz gruselig ist das Kochbuch: Kategorien lassen sich nicht anlegen. Mengen werden bei Importen teilweise nicht erkannt und mit NaN angegeben (Not a Number). Ist dieser Fehler einmal aufgetreten, lässt er sich auch manuell durch Nacharbeit nicht mehr korrigieren. In der Rezeptsicht sind sehr lange weiße Abschnitte ohne Inhalt. Im Druckansicht ebenso sowie eingestreute weiße Seiten. Massenimport wäre hilfreich, um bereits vorhandene Rezepte zu migrieren.

Dazu ist das ganze teilweise sehr langsam. Webdav-Anbindungen brechen regelmäßig ab.

Wer kein Bastler ist und das selbst nicht betreiben und optimieren möchte, sondern einfach nur nutzen will, sollte auf jeden Fall die Finger von diesem völlig unausgereiften Shice lassen.

Hinter Cloudflare - trotz striktem Befolgen der Anleitung - unmöglich zu installieren. Wenn man viel Zeit vertrödeln will ohne Ergebnis, nur zu!

Nextcloud ist eine coole Lösung, um seine eigene Cloud aufzusetzen, und dabei ist das Tool auch noch kostenlos. Praktisch sind auch die Richtlinieneinstellungen, die dafür sorgen, dass nur ausgewählte Leute auf gewisse Daten zugreifen können.

Installing your own server is an absolute nightmare. You will immediately encounter numerous errors, problems and issues with absolutely no useful guidance.

Nextcloud is a gem! The best FOSS replacement for google service, hands down.

Not only can it take care of files and photos, but it can also be easily extended with it's own library of applications to make it even more powerful.

Using Nextcloud happily for many years now and I know my data is secure.

In the meantime, the Nextcloud documentation and support community, while not perfect, are more than adequate to get up and running.

Nextcloud is consistently improving, while maintaining its absolutely rock solid security through excellent engineering and human compassion.

It is well worth the investment in time (or money if you hire someone to set it up for you) to release yourself from the expensive and immoral shackles of Google, Apple, Microsoft, et all.

Nextcloud continues to be a central piece of software to my, and my families life. It's got a few rough edges and needs a fair amount of fine tuning, but the sheer amount of functionality combined with a surprisingly decent UX lends itself nicely to be the goto solution for file sharing.

I left Dropbox, OneDrive (formerly known as SkyDrive when I left it), google drive and all commercial cloudstorages many years ago to selfhost my own private cloudstorage with NectCloud with some docker images on a selfhosted VPS in a german datacenter at Hetzner. And I'm totally happy and glad that I now have my own "private cloud" ❤️ There are also some german/european providers (Hetzner, Ionos/1&1 just to name some) that provide a managed NextCloud - this will respect your privacy and no company will fool around with your data you store there!

They provide free (both in terms of freedom and cost), open source software that gives me the freedom to self-host my own secure cloud storage solution for my family. It puts us in charge of our own data. It has become so ubiquitous that my wife and kids don't even think twice about it, it's just there. I use it to share photos and such with people outside the home, to keep backups of our phones and mobile apps and everything. It really is just incredibly flexible, useful and powerful. There's even a store full of "apps" to extend its functionality to serve as an RSS feed organizer, music streaming service, etc.

I have been hosting it for years on my Linux home server, and have no intentions of stopping any time soon. It's useful and reliable.

I wanted to switch cloud storage provider and found a good service through NextCloud managed Ionos.

I installed Nextcloud, connected it to Ionos and proceeded on syncing the data ...

It completely deleted those folders and replaced them with 'unsupported reparse tag 0x9000301a'

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL SOFTWARE.

entweder ist die Software Schrott oder unsere IT ist nicht in der Lage die korrekten Einstellungen vorzunehmen. Die Cloud ist unbrauchbar zum Versand von Unterlagen. Der Passwortschutz funktioniert nicht, Absenderangaben werden nicht übermittelt. Ein heilloses hin und her Geklicke. Ständig hängt die Cloud. Es nervt einfach nur.
