We contacted them via email to request for shredding services.
The rep was prompt in getting back to us, and helpful with scheduling the service.

The truck arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled time, but that posted no issue.
The price was fairly reasonable.

We will use this company again for future shredding needs.

Scheduling special jobs with NexCut proved to be a most frustrating, time consuming and disruptive experience for our dept. We had a very urgent job that our dept. needed handled asap due to the sensitive nature of the files that needed purged and the location, and NexCut cancelled on us without notice several times in spite of their promises after each no-show. Our staff pulled out over 100 file boxes from storage at one location per NexCut's instruction only for them to not show up, so our staff then had to put all of the boxes back and take them out again the next time. This is unacceptable. In addition, we were constantly having to provide information already given to them in emails, the manager we were coordinating with seemed to forget arrangements he had confirmed with us via email and made the whole thing drag out for almost 3 weeks for a job that was initially to have been done 3 days after our initial contact. The communication and service was terrible. Because our institution has a contract with NexCut, we had no choice but to use them again for 3 other jobs, and we had the same issues. Ridiculous. We will not be using NexCut again.

On time, fast service. Friendly employees

I was calling various shredding companies because I wanted a company that would shred important papers in front of me. Several of the companies told me that I could bring my boxes to a site and the boxes would be taken to another site for shredding. They promised to give me a certificate.

Nexcut Shredding sent a truck with a crew that shredded several boxes right at the truck at the rendez-vous point. The crew expected me. They had my contact information. They gave me a receipt. The two man crew was friendly and productive. I'll use Nexcut again. I give them my highest recommendation.

They did great. They were all very professional and did their work very quickly. We will use them again in the future if we need shredding service.

We asked for an online quote which came back very quickly and with the best price of anyone else. We would give it a 5 star with the exception that actually setting up the order took some time on the phone. I think it has somehting to do with the software. Nexcut only comes to our area about once a month so if you need something quick, it may be a bit of a wait. Otherwise, the confirmation, driver, service and cost was exceptional.

Bin was delivered promptly and according to schedule. Everything went great.

These guys went above and beyond. Even called a day early and asked if they could come and take care of us. Fast, Friendly and Professional. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We were told that the guys would be there during a time frame. Once that time frame came and went, we called. They said they would be there at a later time, again the same thing. Once the guys showed up, they were courteous and did a good job, however they didn't have a total for us or an invoice.

This company was very easy to get a great deal with. They scheduled our appt so fast and showed up just when they promised.
We did have one misunderstanding on the pricing but it was quickly resolved to the customer advantage.
