Great Customer Service
Overall great service!!! We had a bit of confusion about the amount of stairs, but Monet and Sheena are absolutely fabulous at their job, and customer service, and rectified the situation immediately. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Nexcut. I will be sure to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking into shredding.

Excellent Service!
I shredded about 40 boxes of medical charts. The driver did everything without issue and without disrupting the office. The price was excellent as well.

Awesome customer service
Robert Jackson was quick to send us a quote, scheduled an appointment and emailed me an ETA. The staff that did the shredding also called with an ETA and were very nice. Overall a great experience and we will use Nexcut again in the future. Thank you

Good job
The Nexcut team was very professional. They called me ahead of time to let me know they were a little delayed and then showed up a bit later than originally scheduled, but at the time when they called and said they would. Once there, they wer professional and took care of my shredding needs as promised. Thank you! I will use you again.

Excellent! On time serivce!
They arrived when they said that they would and they were extremely helpful! They disposed of all of our sensitive documents right there on-site. It was awesome to watch and know that everything was destroyed. We were so happy with the service.

Successful Project
My organization had over 300 boxes to be shredded. Most shredding companies tried to charge over 5 dollars a box. Nexcut, the only company charging less also agreed to shred on-site. Fantastic! Very cost effective, very friendly, and very hands on. I am proud to say we will use this company again.

This company was so easy to do business with. From getting the appointment scheduled all the way through to the billing process, it was simple and easy. The gentlemen that picked up the shredding were professional as well as the representative on the telephone. I would most definitely recommend Nexcut to anyone.

Communication is a problem.
Communication is a bit of an issue. It took about 4 times to get our address correct on our bills, still not sure that we have gotten them all. My bins keep getting switched out which is fine, but then the keys I was given don't work. Since no communication is happening don't have a schedule for 2016 so never know when they are picking up.
