We always aim to assist our students as much as possible before processing a refund, but we absolutely do offer refunds. If you would like to proceed with a refund instead, we can make that happen — please allow 3–5 business days to see that reflected on your end. Again, we are truly sorry for any frustration this caused.

I told this once
I told this once. It was the most boring session that I've used for defensive driving. No interaction. Also this time, there were problems with signing in, which I usually don't have a problem with. I will not use New York safety councils course again.

Drivers course in my humble opinion
I thought I would learn more, some parts were new info but the majority of I would say is driver experienced. I think it could have been shorter many statistical data points.
