Not only are the bagels absolutely delicious if handled correctly and according to instructions, but also the customer service is top notch!! They will bend over backwards and response time is almost immediate. Also shipping is very quick! I am very pleased and will be a loyal customer since I live in Florida now and have missed good NY bagels!!

Terrible...I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, don't waste ur time and money

Ordering was very easy. The website is simple to navigate, checkout was smooth, and the cost for a dozen bagels with 2-day shipping felt reasonable, especially after applying the $5 introductory coupon.

The bagels arrived exactly as promised within two days. I immediately taste-tested one and froze the rest as recommended for freshness.

As for the bagels themselves, they weren’t bad, but they weren’t great either. In fact, they were about the same quality as what I can get locally. Because of that, I don’t think they’re worth the premium cost once shipping is factored in.

Overall, the ordering and delivery experience was solid. The product quality just didn’t justify paying extra over what’s already available nearby.

Ordered a dozen poppy seed bagels from New Yorker Bagels. Big mistake. The bagels were big fat and doughy. No better than what you can buy at the grocery and significantly more expensive. Don't waste your money.

The bagels weren't bad as I had one for breakfast. Service could be much better tho!

Arrived quickly but the product was very disappointing. Had a weird texture. Tasted like bread. Not chewy like bagels. Ate one and had to get rid of the rest

Terrible experience ordering from New Yorker Bagels. They say they provide volume discounts on their bagels but refuse to offer the discount on orders mixing regular and flat bagels together. Yet can mix regular and Bialy bagels (which are pretty flat) together and offer discount.Their response to inquires and my concerns was to say they can't ship together because damage occurs. Management team in this company must have very low solution solving skills. Took my business to a competitor of theirs and am very pleased with the service and product.

We've ordered these bagels several times and love them. I cannot believe the negative reviews! People need to READ hearing instructions to bring our flavors! Two dozen bagels of choice for $44 which includes free FedEx shipping. That's a great deal. Go look on other sites like Goldbelly where a dozen bagels are $59-$69 plus shipping.

Great bagels and fast service!

Just received the first (and LAST) shipment of bialys and bagels from them. I am extremely disappointed. These are nothing but bagel-shaped tasteless soft bread, as fake as the photos on their website. I really had my hopes up for getting the real thing from my hometown, but this stuff is AWFUL not even remotely like real bagels, and they clearly have no idea what bialys are actually like. Putting some onions on what is essentially Wonderbread doesn't make them into bialys. Making soft, tasteless bread into a round shape doesn't make them bagels. These people should be ashamed of themselves for this expensive hoax.

I was hoping the NYker bagels would be much better than what's offered in Cali. Gave them the benefit of an off batch. Second batch was the same, just OK. No reason to special order when I can get just as good bagels from Costco. Very disappointed.

What a disappointment. We’ve been ordering bagels regularly for about six months and the last batch were stale. We contacted customer support thinking it would not be a problem and they would send us another batch. They tried to convince us it was our fault and the bagels weren’t really stale. After some back-and-forth, they offered us a partial credit.

They went out of their way to lose us as a customer. We probably would’ve continued ordering bagels from them indefinitely.

Rainbow and french toast are the worst. I have had some bad bagels before, but these are truly awful.

Very disappointing. As someone who lived in New York for 60 years I can promise you these taste nothing like New York bagels. They're not fresh, they're not chewy on the inside, snd only one side has seeds. Don't buy from this place. Waste of money

The are nothing but oversized Thomas' bagels. The consistency is HORRIBLE. I bought a pound of lox to serve with these bagels and after seeing the bagels, I put the lox back in the fridge. These bagels are not worthy of even a "shmear". Don't waste your money. Thankfully they have a "satisfaction guarantee". I'm requesting a refund and will dispute the charge if I don't get one....Yes, I am that disappointed.

I have been ordering New Yorker Bagels for 7 months now. I have monthly shipment of 12 blueberry and 12 Cranberry Energy and I think they are amazing. I have also ordered pumpkin, plain, cinnamon raisin, French toast, onion, & pumpernickel. They are amazing. I heat according to their instructions by letting them thaw for 30 minutes and then into a 400 degree oven for 4 minutes. I was cutting in half and toasting but I think they are better done in the oven. My family is crazy over them too! Outside a bit crunchy and soft chewy inside, very good!

I would give 0 stars if i could. Always liked your bagels, favourite with sesame seeds. When i was buying from Tesco, Marks & Spencer, etc they were horrible! Not chewy, like sweet bead. But I enjoyed bagel from Newyork Bakery. But now British supermarkets started selling them with the sign NEW IMPROVED.
By my experience I know if it is "IMPROVED" it is always worse, company starts saving money and changing technologies. I notice the world "BOILED" disappeared!!! And the bagels became uneatable! Sweet bread!
I would not recommend people to buy them!!!

More “bread-like” than “bagel-like”. These are not at all like NY Bagels…

Believing we could find the ideal bagel with the 1st ingredient-Whole Wheat-we ordered a dozen (everything) at just under $40.00, shipping included special.
They're much bigger than regular bagels. This may suit those with mega appetites. However, we found-even after toasting-extremely soft to the bite. The lack of crunch, apparently lending to the ingredient mix is most unfortunate. The palpable taste of sodium @ 460mg is too much and steals the overall taste.
