Cristina is truly the best of the best. After six years of chronic and acute PTSD, following twenty-plus years of violent trauma, I'd worked with some excellent practitioners and made a significant amount of progress, but I was losing hope as I plateaued at a level at which my PTSD symptoms still impeded daily life to a level that held back everything I cared about. Then, I began work with Cristina. In less than a year I'm at a level of peace and functionality that I couldn't have imagined. We're not slowing down and I have such high hopes now about regaining a full, beautiful life and enjoying every bit of the safety and peace I've built in the wake of extreme childhood violence. I cant recommend Cristina enough. Not only does she listen, she hears me and makes me feel seen especially in really hard situations that not many people would get.
