Friendly customer service and very useful offering. I was able to find medications through them...saving me hours of time calling dozens of pharmacies. Also, sometimes if calling a pharmacy directly they will not tell you if they have the medication in stock unless they already have your prescription. I don't know how they get around this but somehow they do. Very useful service

Wish I would’ve known about this before now…they found a pharmacy that had my medication in stock within 14 minutes!!! Outstanding service and reasonable prices…much cheaper than Medfinder too🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was so stressed and worried about being able to find my medication that I had been told was on back order. I was concerned about calling multiple pharmacies because of how they treat you depending on the medication and I didn’t know when I would find the time to do that. I searched online for ideas and came access findneedle.co. After some research and validating that it’s a legit company, I choose the pharmacies I wanted them to call and paid $1 per call. I was able to see the status of each location immediately as they called, out of stock, pending, etc. One of the pharmacies did have it in stock and I received a detailed message and email right away. So grateful I found thos site!!!

Actually does work. Have had shortage issues and have had to go 30 days+ without my meds prior. Needle was able to contact 35+ pharmacies nearby and was able to find 1 that had it in stock.

What stood out immediately was the speed and precision of the response: I submitted my request before going to bed, and by morning NeedleFinder had already identified a pharmacy with my medication, which had been on backorder and unavailable through the usual channels. The platform works exceptionally well at coordinating outreach across multiple pharmacies at once; I chose nine locations from the list they offered, and the process was handled without additional effort on my end. This is definitely a meaningful solution for patients navigating medications that are routinely out of stock.

I had found a Reddit post where actual pharmacists complain about AI calls and claim they would never give the requested stock information to anyone, especially a bot. Perhaps this is indeed true for many pharmacies.

In my case, Needle found 6 pharmacies with stock, out of the 16 pharmacies I paid for it to call. Totally worth my $16 - saved me lots of time and frustration.

One suggestion for improvement: Allow selection of pharmacies to call on the map itself. In my case (major metro area), there are many locations of the same pharmacy company within a 10 mile radius. Currently, I have to look at the map, click the location to see the address, scroll down a long list below, find that location by its address, and then select it. Selecting on the map would be easier.

Needle is a godsend. I would literally lose my mind without their assistance. I used to get so stressed each time I saw my prescriber because I did not know which pharmacy to call in RX at. Well, no more anxiety with Needle's help. Thank you 😊

Wow what an awesome idea! Me and my best friend are always stressing out hard every month when it comes time to fill our addy prescription, it feels like its almost a shortage and no one has it. A lot of times the pharmacists are rude or condensending when i ask them to check like its some huge inconvience. I Never thought id paid $50 a month to help me find my prescriptions but dude, its worth every penny. Its worked every time and hasnt missed yet, i just set up a search right now and its currently calling 25 different pharmacies for me so i dont have to. I literally spent 2 hours one time calling each pharmacy so seriously i know this probably sounds like a fake review with how much im hyping it up but shits worth it. Great Idea, great concept and it works!

They didn’t have my medication available for search, but after one message they had it added within 12 hours. Got the generic I preferred same day.

As someone who has wildly different experiences on different brands of medication, being able to quickly and affordably search for brand name meds or specific generics have been a life saver.

This service is an absolute life saver. My prescription has been back ordered and impossible to find, and because it's a controlled substance I was having to individually call each pharmacy and hope that I could speak with someone who could. Findneedle.co found my medication in stock within a few minutes and I was successfully able to get my prescription filled. This service is worth the money, highly recommended!

Incredible service that has been an absolute lifesaver. Worth every penny. Have been able to use it to find medication 4 times now that I absolutely would not have found on my own.

Works well in NYC not so much in LA. Terrible at calling LA, will lie and say that they found it and then when you have your prescription sent to that pharmacy, they'll say it's out of stock. Not sure if it's a new AI program or what, but hella frustrating.

This service is an absolute lifesaver and I could not ask for a more responsive, warm, supportive team of people. With multiple kids on multiple meds I was spending hours tracking down meds and even more hours worrying about running out of meds. That burden is now gone! I stumbled across Needle via a Reddit thread when I found myself searching for generic Vyvanse again for the third time in a year. My normal pharmacy was super unhelpful and claimed they didn’t know if or when they’d have it back in stock. Trying to manage a full-time job where I’m on the phone all day and then taking care of my family in the afternoon/evening left me feeling really overwhelmed when it came to trying to find time to locate my medication. The $6 I spent on this service saved me $130 as finding the generic meant I didn’t have to shell out for the brand. SUPER worth it; extremely thankful I found Needle and would definitely use them again in the future.

I have no clue what I would've done if I did not find Needle. This is the bar none the best way to reliably find medicine that is subject to be out of stock often.

With Rite Aid going bankrupt, I was suddenly thrust into the Wild West of trying to get my rX filled. I had no idea it was this bad.

I found Needle, and within a few hours they helped me find the ONLY pharmacy in my area that still had Vyvanse in stock.

I had a support chat open with Kari, who was with me every step of the way. Honestly, I would have given a good review for the customer service alone. But the fact that they actually came through in such a short amount of time? Stellar.

I hate that this service is even necessary, but I’m glad that Needle has stepped up in the absence of a well functioning healthcare system.

What a brilliant and needed service.
I've been out of my ADHD meds for 2 weeks now. I had not been functioning well. My executive functioning and capacity to tolerate set-backs was in a tail-spin and I was spending more time than I want to admit staring off into space instead of trying to find a darn pharmacy that had my meds.

I got the unlimited tier. I was trying to find Adderall in Florida which is notoriously difficult. I had many unique restrictions as well to deal with like an out of state provider. They ran the calls for me and found pharmacies that exactly met my needs. The customer service was exceptional; prompt responses and they truly cared about my situation with empathy. I never would have found a pharmacy without them during the current shortage.
