My partner ordered me a grey Nike…

My partner ordered me a grey Nike tracksuit with which I’ve wanted for ages but it hasn’t been in stock. Placed the order as soon as it came in and it was delivered the very next day, however the delivery image shows the item to have been delivered to one of the houses within our culdesac showing a front door similar to ours! We knocked on all our neighbours doors and no one re calls seeing it or taking it in. We approached new soles uk and sent a number of emails questioning why a delivery that was tracked and meant to be signed for was left in a safe location and now as a result we are without our order and have been told we will not have anew order sent out or a refund! So because of the above company and Royal Mail I the customer lose out? Their reply was well we’ve delivered it on our behalf and with that we won’t be sending a new order out! Have now made a claim back through my card issuer.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some Feedback, we appreciate all reviews and are happy to respond to both positive and negative review in an effort to continuously improve our business.

Unfortunately as you have outlined we have not been able to resolve your issue at present. However as you are aware, but haven’t mentioned in your review, we have opened up an investigation with Royal Mail about the issue with your delivery. Again I am happy to send you the reference for this via private communication and you are welcome to assist in the investigation.

To add context to the review, and as you have stated your order was delivered, it was delivered within 2 working days from the order date. This is paired with proof of delivery at your address and there is distinctive features on the proof of delivery picture which match your property on google street view.

I have stated that currently our standpoint is we need to wait for the Royal Mail investigation before we process our next steps, again you have been made aware of this via direct messages.

Again all I can do is apologise for the inconvenience this is causing you, we are trying our best as a small business to keep you informed and also get this resolved for you! I do apologise that you feel this negative about your experience with NewsolesUK as this is not our aim!

If you have anything further we can help you with, please feel free to drop us a DM and we will do our best to help! I will ensure you are kept in the loop with all progress with Royal Mail.

Impressed!

I had been searching for an in demand tracksuit in my size but had been struggling to source it. I came across New Soles who had the items I needed. Reasonably priced and super fast delivery, very impressed with the service. Would be quick to recommend!

Very good experience, bought on eBay but seller realised I lived very close by so arranged to meet. Very happy with the shoes and great price.

Great experience buying with NewSoles

Great experience buying with NewSoles. Originally wanted the royal blue miler but when it was realised it was out of stock I got it swapped for another one I liked FOC. Shout outs to the team!

Good legit business

Ordered with them Sunday had a slight issue but Cameron sorted it out once I got hold of him support these small businesses they will go out your way with no problem whatsoever!
