We have no words to describe how grateful we are for the wonderful care and assistance we received at Newlife Clinic in Thessaloniki, Greece. We chose to try again with Newlife Clinic, nervous but hopeful after two failed IVF rounds in Canada. Thanks to the amazing team at Newlife, we are thrilled to announce today that we are expecting our first child.

We were made to feel at ease and supported from the moment we met with Dr. Davos and Chrysa Karakosta. We felt comfortable and certain that we were in good hands because of Dr. Davos's knowledge and friendly demeanor. No matter how little the issue, he and the whole medical staff answered our inquiries and took care of it. It was clear how committed and professional they were.

Our patient coordinator, Dora Chariton, deserves special recognition. Dora was a rock of support for us; she was understanding and always willing to respond to our questions. Her understanding and compassion towards us had a big impact on our path. Every step of the way, we felt taken care of and heard.

The staff at Newlife Clinic turned what could have been an intimidating and traumatic procedure into one that was upbeat and hopeful. Their commitment and concern have enabled us to fulfill our dream of becoming parents, and for that we will always be grateful. I am a 35 year old single woman who decided to freeze my eggs to safeguard my fertility as I age. For context; I have never had fertility treatment before and have never been pregnant or tried to get pregnant. I am a British citizen but live in Dubai, UAE. My decision for freezing my eggs in this clinic was simply because the UK is a lot more expensive for egg freezing and in the UAE there are laws which means I would not be able to use my eggs single if I decided to go into motherhood in the future alone.
My friend recommended Newlife as she had a friend who had recommended the clinic. In all honesty, the warmth, non judgement and approachability I experienced from Newlife was really special. I should add I had reached out to clinics in Dubai and London and whilst nobody was unpleasant, I did not get the same good feeling. They were really helpful and explained everything to me. They supported me with every doubt, question and fear I had. They talked me through all the tests and preparation I would need to undertake in Dubai and again were supportive when I ever felt anxious. They would call right away. When I arrived in Thessaloniki, the clinic reached out to me to ensure my safely. They were amazing. Explained everything. I should add I went to Thessaloniki completely alone and they were great. All the medicines were arranged by them and they helped me find the pharmacies. On the day of the egg collection they kept me at ease. I cannot begin to explain how easy the process was. I have friends who have been through IVF and they were worried about me going to do it alone in Thessaloniki but I actually had the best time. It's an amazing city and I ended up having the best holiday whilst going through the process. The retrieval was smooth and again they were fantastic. They also assign you a member of staff who supports you throughout the process-mine was Despina and she was so warm, kind and lovely. I would advise any woman thinking of freezing her eggs or having IVF to get in touch with Newlife clinic.

In September 2023 after a detailed research I decided to contact New Life IVF for the first time, and today April 2024 I'm currently three months pragnant with Twins, after 5 years of infertility and failed ivf procedures. All thanks to them. It was the best decision of my life. Even though I live in another country, the procedure went correct and smooth, all thanks to detailed instructions, and the precision of the communication.
Thank you Jenny, my personal coordinator who followed me very kindly and carefully, dr Pantelis the embryologyst dr. Cryssa the kindest and proffessional team, who transformed all the hard experience of Ivf in something very smooth and reassuring.
The clinic was calm and very welcoming, we never had to wait, everything organised in the perfect timing. The nurses were always kind helpul and smiling.
The lab I think is one of the best, reaching the best results of the embryos in number and quality for us.

This is quite emotional. Thank you to NewLife IVF for my son. We've been through a few rounds of IVF and we've seen and heard it all: unexplained infertility, different doctors every appointment, indifferent, patronising and rude clinic staff, inflexible treatment plans - not in Newlife. The wait is worth it. Do all and any prep you can as they can be busy - but equally, you won't feel neglected or abandoned. You get assigned one patient coordinator, who will support and cheer you on (thank you, Thaleia!), Dr Dovac is enthusiastic, involving, listening and knowledgable and Chrysa is full of heart, patience and good vibes (which is key, when taking emergency calls from panicked patients!). The clinic is a well-oiled machine in working with international patients and everybody speaks fluent English.

There is nowhere I trust more than new life clinic. As a first timer they really explained each step and catered to my individual case. We are from U.S. and interviewed other clinics from different countries to decide the right clinic that we feel comfortable with. We needed to have genetic tests on embryos due to genetic abnormality and I am over 40. That made us worry the process, but they always respond quickly and offer phone calls/video calls to answer our questions and explain to us whatever we wanted to know through the entire process.

When we decided to explore IVF in Europe, we met virtually with several clinics, but as soon as we had our first consult with Newlife we knew we’d found “the one” and signed up immediately! The initial consult was so thorough yet honest, and we felt comfortable immediately with Chrysa and the NL team. From that point on, all of our communications with our wonderful Patient Coordinator, Thaleia, were amazing! Even living in on the other side of the world in Australia, everything went so smoothly and the NL team were so responsive, no matter how crazy my late night questions were! Trying to coordinate travel dates from Australia was much less stressful than expected thanks to Thaleia, and our stay in Thessaloniki was incredible. We felt so cared for and part of the Newlife family as soon as we arrived for our first visit at the clinic, everyone was so warm and welcoming and put our minds at ease. After 4 years of IVF treatment in my home country, I’d never felt this comfortable and confident as I did with Newlife, my only regret is not finding them sooner. My partner and I are from the USA. Before settling on Newlife IVF Greece, in Thessaloniki, we had considered many clinics locally, and abroad. My partner and I were looking for not just affordable, but quality fertility treatment. Especially when traveling such a long way, motivated by our intense desire to have a child. We also received warm, human support from staff who were truly there for us - without selling false hope or expensive, unproven treatments. The Clinic is front and open with all information, no false hopes. It follows-up consistently with patients so there is no need for one to be concerned about the status of different steps or medication. Importantly, the knowledge is there for the work that they do, which can be seen from the first consultations and check-ups. We learned more about the state of our reproductive health from on visit to the Clinic, than from years of going to different doctors in different countries.

Newlife IVF Greece has given us the ultimate gift of parenthood by helping us with becoming pregnant succesfully, after many years of trying with other clinics (inside and outside of Greece). Their professionalism, their care, their kindness and closeness to their patients, made the experience so much more stressfree and reassuring. From the first meeting online, to the face to face consultation, discussions, up until the embryo transfer, we have been looked after by a team of persons that treated us as parents to be. With so much kindness, I cannot stress that enough. The experience was so worth it, I would gladly give it another try to give a sibling to our baby girl, and see everyone again :)

I am immensely grateful for the outstanding care and successful treatment I received at Newlife. Dr. Athanasios and his team provided unwavering support, professionalism, and expertise. They took the time to explain procedures and medications, ensuring that we understood everything. Their expertise and knowledge were evident, giving me a sense of confidence and trust in their abilities. Since we live in the Middle East, we had to fly back to Greece for the embryo transfer. I cannot rate this clinic high enough. I was treated very well by all staff members, I was respected and looked after. It was my final IVF (ICSI) attempt, after 3 years of trying in the U.K (IUIs and IVF attempts. I was successful and found out that I was pregnant on 2nd August 2022. I also managed to freeze 2 high grade embryos. My daughter was 3 months old yesterday. This clinic and staff were supportive and I would highly recommend.

After three years, countless specialist visits, and multiple failed IVF attempts, we found Newlife when hope was running out. From the initial video consultation, it was clear this would be a different, and better, experience. The team was so compassionate and thorough, addressing all of the concerns we brought to the table, and making it clear that their priority is successful pregnancies and not just a money-making venture, which was a breath of fresh air coming from US clinics.
