Worst quality and service
I received what might be a faulty patch. If not then their products are not good to do what they’re supposed to. I have contacted them and they sent me a long questionnaire to which I replied. Their answer was we can send you a replacement which I never received nor have I received my refund as I disposed of the previous sets of gels that were not working. Waste of time and money.

Hi Mery, thank you for your review. Please be assured the replacement gel is on it's way to you. It would seem that you had only used one syringe which would not be enough to show the full potential of our product. A normal course is for 10-14 days for which you would need up to 10 syringes. My apologies for any delay with your replacement but please be assured it has been despatched. Thank you.
Good service

Good range of products, but lack of flexibility
Good range of products, however not enough flexibility to order larger quantities at a more discounted rate. Also no provision made for returning customers to get better discounts.

There needs to be a cap to reclose the syringe. This should be easy to produce and other suppliers do this. Otherwise you risk wasting some of the product.
