I have used this company for years and have only had one complaint which was addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. They have a customer service department who always answer any queries very quickly.
I use their own brand whitening gel and also a brand named product and both are excellent. The delivery from placing an order to receiving my goods was only two or three days.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company going on my own experience of them.
