Do not order unless you want to wait

The company say processing could take 7 business days, understandable, but the process has been 11 now. They reply with bot emails. A cookie cutter response. I’m worried I may have been ripped off. My items came. They are not a fraud. Very unprofessional, but I got my stuff. Grateful won’t order again until they clean it up.

Never ever buy directly from New Era…

Never ever buy directly from New Era the shipping is horrible and DO NOT pay for expedite shipping you won't get it any faster you will just pay for nothing I ordered a sweater and 2 shirt the first week of November and still has not shipped out as of 24, I've emailed them several times and all I get is the run around nothing but BS

Slow as Dirt

Ordering from New Era is like watching grass grow—except grass has a faster delivery time. I placed an order, and after 11 business days, they finally processed it. Yes, 11 days just to acknowledge my existence! Their policy claims it ‘MAY take 5-7 days to process,’ but apparently, 11 is the new 7. By day 9, I asked for a refund, thinking maybe they’d own up to their delay. Instead, they responded with the customer service equivalent of a shrug: ‘Sorry, it’s still processing.’ So here I am, hatless, refund-less, and wondering if I accidentally ordered from a company operating in dog years. A true exercise in frustration.

Don't trust their shipping

Don't trust their shipping. They won't ship it on time, they won't let you cancel your order, then they'll tell you it's your fault. Never purchase anything from them again

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Ordered 13 days again and it has yet to be even processed before the “7-10” day delivery clock starts. I ordered a hat from Fanatics and it was process and shipped in 4 hours from ordering and I only paid standard shipping. I’m highly disappointed that they are taking this long and have no reason to why. Do not order a hat from here unless you want to wait a month or more.

Seriously Mid -_-

I mean… Well… Shipping is longer than KSI’s forehead. (Employees maybe Jake Paul’s next opponent bc they take so long). The hats have quality of Amazon but costs more than CaseOh’s weight. IF YOU ARE POOR (like me) MAKE SURE YOU GET A FREAKING CUPON BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE!!!

Terrible Shipping

As other folks have posted, the shipping times are terrible. I am going to give it another day or two, after that I will dispute the purchase with my bank.

What a joke. Worst customers service. Worst shipping. Really just an incredible job of total mediocrity. Don't waste your time at newera.com and go somewhere that isn't completely incompetent.

Bad review because of the currier

Bad review because of the currier. The hats I order were shipped on the 9th ordered on the 2nd . Still have not received them on the 19th. The hats have been to 5 FedEx depots , according to the tracker . If you want them by Christmas it's probably too late .

Hat was too big

Hat was too big. Submitted return and they will only refund 35 dollars of the original 47 dollar order. Multiple sites had same price. Pick a different one just incase you need to return the item.

Fake Promotions - Stealing Ppl's Info

My 61 year old dad stated he called New Era Cap on 11/4/2024 regarding a refund request. During this call, he was told that he was eligible for a $100 promotion. He agreed to enter the promotion and the representative asked for his checking account number and routing number. He provided the information to the representative and was given a confirmation number. This is a very suspicious call. We cannot figure out why they needed his checking account information and what are the details of this promotion? My dad tried to call back twice to ask more questions regarding the promotion and the representative abruptly hung up on him twice. I tried calling today and yesterday but was unable to get a hold of a representative on the phone. We are very weary of this call and have reported their company to the Better Business Bureau.

I will never ever ever order from these people again.I wish I would have looked at the Review before I took a chance i ordered two hats october 03th still, haven't received my order and it's november 04th now You can't call they don't email you i will never do not order for them.You will not receive your items

Great product. Order arrived about 7 days from order. Order confirmation mentioned shipping might be delayed so expeceted it to take a while
