Terrible customer service. I ordered something by mistake, with my old address. I contacted customer service within 2 minutes. Once an order is placed, you’re out of luck.

Dogwater company
Such a disgrace of a company. Their customer support and shipping timing is complete dog water. Like all the other reviews it’s been almost 10 days and they haven’t even started shipping my order. I paid for $150+ of products and they’ve shipped me 1 hat out of everything and the rest hasn’t even been acknowledged. On top of their dog water services, They don’t let you cancel or modify your orders. Just all around terrible experience. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DOG WATER COMPANY. A chimpanzee could probably provide better service than this disgrace. Buyer beware!! I’ve always thought highly of new era so I don’t even think to read reviews but I wish I did. Get your crap together you have a HUGE customer base, sad you do this to loyal customers.
Boy was I Fooled
Ordered a hat for my boyfriend as a birthday gift on November 11th. I payed to have it expedited so it would get here on time for his bday on the 16th. Boy was I fooled. I contacted them to let them know that saying I’d receive my item in 2-4 business days was deceptive & that they should not claim what they cannot fulfill. It is now December 9th. 21 business days since I ordered this hat. With the looks of these comments, I should receive it before Christmas… just upset that I payed an extra $15 for shipping and they still haven’t gotten the hat boxed yet. They aren’t willing to at least refund me for the shipping cost and change the shipping instructions. This place is a joke. Never order online from them.
They need to revamp their ordering system and customer service.
New Era Cap - Buyer Beware
New Era Cap online order fulfillment does not meet their SLAs. They stated it can take 7-10 business days to process orders + 7-10 days to fulfill the order but in my case it is now 28 calendar days and still no confirmation that it is being processed nor has it been fulfilled or shipped.
They had no problem confirming my order and processing payment immediately but I have no proof of shipping nor have I received the product I purchased. I would suggest that buyer beware on this vendor. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Their customer service is not any better as they take multiple days to respond and now it appears they have just stopped replying to me at all.
Takes forever to refund you
Takes forever to refund you, but they have no problem sending you multiple emails a day trying to take my money again but takes 10 days+ to send me my money after a return. This company does not care about it's customers or their money. I still do not have my refund, they have had my return since 11/27. I understand holidays delays, it does not take a week to refund me. These are $50 hats not hundreds of dollars here. But the lack of urgency in processing my refund versus their marketing team trying to get more of my money shows a complete lack of care to their customers

Can’t understand how a company this big can provide terrible service like this. Literally out here trying to steal peoples money. They haven’t responded to emails at all. They took away the customer service phone number so literally can only email which they don’t respond to. I ordered 2 items. I received one and the other never arrived. I’ve sent multiple emails. Nothing. I told them to just cancel the item and refund me. Still nothing. I will never purchase from this place again. They don’t understand how many customers they will lose. I opened a claim already since they don’t respond. Hopefully I get me money back

I ordered three hats 11/11/2024 they already charged my card took payment. It's December 5,2024 and I haven't received anything. I reached out on Instagram and email over and over. I keep getting a generic response to wait 10 business days. I reached out to my bank to dispute the charge and I'm not even sure if I'm going to get my money back. Such the worst experience ever!

I really wish that I would have read these reviews before purchasing from this company for the first time.
It's been 10 days since I ordered the cap and it still hasn't shipped and when I tried to ask for a refund I was told via email that that's not going to happen.
I've been a Fanatics Company customer for over a decade buying New Era products, but they didn't carry this cap.
Next time I will learn just to move on and find something else from them.
Take it from me, I'm one and done from ordering directly from the New Era Cap Company.
An update....
I still haven't received my order as of December 12,2024, and the so called New Era customer service won't respond to any of my emails.
It's not the point of my money any longer. I'm just trying to save the next person from getting scammed like I have.

Sent me the wrong item instead of what i ordered. I reached out via email because they have no customer service reps who take calls. Sent pictures of receipt and wrong item and i still have not heard back from them.
Horrendous service
I ordered a hat on Nov 11th and to this day I have still not received my order. They say it will take 7-10 business days, but at this point it's almost a month. I contacted customer service twice, but it was an unhelpful scripted response that simply tells you to be patient. Never again will I be ordering from them.

Wish I could give them -10 stars. What a *@#$ show company. I ordered a single hat on Nov 11 and received it on Dec 1. WTF. New Era might know hats but they know @#$& all about fulfillment and logistics. They should consider using a 3PL partner even FBA (fulfillment by Amazon). How are these clowns still in business?

My order made on 11/9 is still unfulfilled after 21 days. Who knows how many more days to wait? Newera's customer service always quickly respond to my inquiry, but that does not make the fulfillment any faster.
