Free Trial is an Untruth
During trial period we said we werent satisfied with mattress, so they sent Salvos to pick it up only for Salvos to say "its got no handles and its too big, we wont take it" So Newentor asking US to dispose of it at our own cost (not free pickup as advertised) meanwhile holding the refund. Try ringing the number on the website it goes to a Chinese Language menu, good luck with that!

What Service??
Your freight company said they could deliver to us but you said they couldn't. We said we spoke to the freight company you said "how dare you".
We arranged for it to be dropped off at a relative's place 1.5hrs away.

New mattress in a box
I had never thought about getting a mattress in a box before, but I had heard good reviews and thought we would try as we needed a new one.Experience good, easy to access website, but I think I had too many sites open at once and kept losing my cart. When I completed my order the expected day of arrival was not apparent and I could not contact anyone because of the Australia Day holiday, they contacted me after the mattress was delivered. Apart from all that, the mattress is great, very comfortable with little partner disturbance. We also purchased the pillows and they are ok, but do make my ears sore if I lie on my sides too long. The delivery was quick and efficient and the young lady was polite and professional. Thanks again. Purchased on 20/01/2026.
