Easy to order mattress
Easy to order mattress. Arrived quickly in a box. Once opened, the mattress was substantial and provided medium to firm support. Both my husband and I both find it to be very comfortable and great value for money. We would purchase this mattress again.

Foreign exchange transaction fee
I think that if foreign exchange transaction fees are likely to be added, it should be stated at the outset. I found that the transaction had that further fee and I was not aware it was going to be the case or at least if there was notice in fine print it was not obvious and it should be made clear and obvious at the time of transaction.

Best Matress I've ever had.
Despite the fact that the courier, decided to deliver it almost a week after expected. Newentor were amazing. The mattress is the best mattress I've ever had.

I’m very disappointed with my…
I’m very disappointed with my experience.
I ordered a Super King mattress, but before the order was shipped I contacted customer service through the live chat to change the size to a King. The representative confirmed that the change had been made, so I trusted that the correct item would be sent.
However, I still received the Super King size. The package remains unopened and in perfect condition because it is the wrong size for my space.
When I contacted customer support again, instead of helping to correct the mistake that was already confirmed before shipping, I was told that I would have to pay the return shipping costs. This is very frustrating because the size change was requested and confirmed by their team before the item was dispatched.
At this point, I’m still waiting for a fair solution. I simply want to exchange the mattress for the correct size (King) without being charged for a mistake that was not mine.
I hope the company reviews this situation and improves how they handle customer requests and confirmed changes before shipping.

Good comfort without replacing mattress
It was such a simple way to purchase a mattress topper.
Work out the dimensions for QS bed, click on the topper thickness 7 cm (this is important, I measured the depth seam of the fitted sheet) and press checkout; arrived in 4 days to rural Victoria.
Was purchased to comfort a pre-existing older mattress used by one of the kids when visiting, saved a lot from a new mattress cost.
