Newbury Self Store Omdömen

Amy and her team have always been incredibly helpful and supportive. I can't fault their service and client experience. Super friendly, very flexible and they make evcerything so easy. I have been with them for a few years now.

A clean, modern, secure storage facility which is easy to get to and which has ample parking. The staff are delightful, always willing to help, and the prices are competitive, being significantly less than, for example, Big Yellow Storage. There is also a nice, well maintained toilet on site which has wheel chair access.

Absolutely amazing! The couple of times we had any requests they were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure that everything was resolved. Will always use them for any future needs, especially since they are locally owned and not a faceless giant.

I needed some storage for my belongings when I was moving house and this place was perfect. There is CCTV everywhere and the building is very well secured Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this storage.

The best storage facility for price and convenience. Both the owners and staff always go the extra mile to help you and make you feel welcomed. Thank you for all your help with everything, over the many years that I stored with you.

Clean, efficient, friendly, well run and reasonable rates

Newbury Self Store provided an excellent service. The staff made the process easy to arrange as we needed storage for our belongings during a staggered house move. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing use of such a facility as they have various size units which are easily accessible with trollies and lifts.

Excellent, efficient, friendly team. Very easy & accessible. Highly recommended

We used storage during a house move. Staff were so helpful when we were stressed out during our move and weren’t sure if we’d get there in time! Very personal service - no problems getting in and out. Highly recommended

Exactly what it says on the tin! Would recommend 👌

Really helpful team in the Newbury office. Great service received from start to finish and they always follow up if you have any questions. Thanks again

Great units, friendly staff and well priced

Newbury Self Store is simply the best and I have over the last twenty five years had the need to store possessions, gathered over the last 70 years, that are too valuable to dispose of, but don’t necessarily fit into or are needed in my everyday family life .
This last 18 months I have been able to store a treasure trove of works of art that has been collected over the years but with not enough wall space to hang them .
Newbury Self Store is both affordable and reliable and could not be a more secure and safe place . I always had every confidence that their professional and “ nothing is too much trouble” work ethic gave me all the confidence and trust that is essential in choosing a safe haven for my valuable collection.
Congratulations to all the team that provide such an important opportunity for the local community.
