Clean, well maintained quality units, it feels like a family business because the personal touch is there. They’ve thought of everything; padlocks at no extra charge, card or key code entry at your preference, multiple types of trolleys available for use and it was discounted for my first two months! 👌🏼. It really was a refreshingly quality service.

First class facility, best I’ve ever used, with a very helpful and supportive team in Matt and Mark who run the establishment.

I have been using Storage Works in Birmingham city centre since 2024 and counting... I am incredibly impressed with the entire experience. The storage facilities are very clean and well maintained, as well as highly competitive price, highly exceptional staffs and the most friendliest and most helpful staffs..especially one of the staff there by the name " Maya" she always go the extra mile to make sure we get the support that we need. I definitely recommend Storage Works in Birmingham city centre to anyone looking for reliable storage solutions.

I've not used self-storage facilities much, in the past - just once before, as I recall. But despite not having much to compare with, I can't think of anything which could detract from a full 5 stars. Clean facilities, an efficient operation, and helpful staff. A nice touch was a small refund because I 'checked out' before the end of the final month I had paid for.

Working with the Team at Storage Works has been an absolute pleasure. They have been accommodating in every aspect - with the assistance of needing to downsize our unit to receiving all parcels sent on our company's behalf. The facilities are well maintained and clean.

Been using the storage out at Old Sarum for quite a while, and the experience has been very positive from day one. Access has never been a problem with long opening hours, and the unit has been perfect for what I have needed. Matt and Mark have always been very cheerful and helpful.

Very professional, friendly company. Always helpful - we wanted a couple of units, close by on same floor, which they provided and were shown around when we requested. Facilities are clean, feel very safe and secure to access even when the office is unmanned. Very fair, pro rata system of payment. Would use again and recommend to others.
