On August 15 I ordered a wooden lifting table from American Store. What I received was a small plastic laptop holder. This company is a complete scam. They offered to refund my money if I returned the laptop holder, at my cost, which would have been over $60. according to the Post Office. More than I paid. Buyer Beware.

I ordered 4 planter boxes from this website and received 4 little plastic pumps. A complete scam.
I asked to refund my money but was asked to return the items to China. I have to pay for the international shipping. Don't buy anything from this website. They are deliberately misleading people by their name of "American Store". What a shame.

My recent purchase was for a wood lifting table. I received a laptop desktop stand. Do not fall for the internet adds for this company.

This company is a complete scam. Orderd a hoodie three months ago and it still has not shipped. Communication has completely broken down they will not respond to emails. They literally just steal your money and refuse to respond.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Lied to me 4 times on when the item shipped. Advertised the item would be 1) shipped from the US and 2) the item would be wool. The item was shipped from Pakistan and it's not wool, it's fleece - which I am allergic to so the second I touched the material, I broke out in hives.

I requested to send it back and I now have to pay an insane price to send it to Pakistan.

This company is not "New American". It's a SCAM!!! Do not buy from them.

This company is a complete sham. I ordered a Jilly Jacket by Joe Fresh and was expecting this product to be authentic. What I got what a total joke and not even close to the real Jilly Jacket. It didn't even have a label! I paid about $230 Canadian for this product. The website said easy returns, well not so easy. I emailed them with pictures from their website and what they send me and all I got was a response from Daisy Smith that their website sells products that are "inspired" by celebrities. It does not say that for this product. I am not allowed to share the link for the product so that you can see for yourself however if you look up jilly jacket on their website, you can clearly see what they are offering and it is not implied that this is "inspired" by the real jilly jacket. I saw a review similar to mine from a lady who had a similar experience. This is not cool. I will not give up on getting my money back.

STAY AWAY!!! If you value your money please do not buy from this store because what you see and what you get are two totally different things.I ordered the Emily in Paris coat costing me £107.00 for this kind of money I was expecting it to be of good quality but when it came not only was the quality POOR it was a different coat all together.I have emailed this store explaining the problems and have sent them photos so they could see for themselves this dispute has been going on for several days now they have not been in touch from I sent my last email 3 days ago looks like I have a battle on my hands to get my money back.

i strongly recommended this site for online shopping, their customer service is outstanding, i have bought a winter jacket but found size issue, they recommended me best size, it fits me well and i am pleased to shop. thanks New American Store for amazing services and deliver to me with in time.

This company is a complete sham. They produce counterfeit products and fill their website with promises of client service which is non-existent.

I ordered a coat for Christmas for my GF. It arrived very late, from Pakistan and was of poor quality and without any doubt a complete knock-off. Trying to get a refund from PayPal is useless as they want the returned and the return address is in United Emirates making the cost of the return from Canada nearly the cost of the coat to start with. This is an obvious strategy to deter returns and refunds. This company is not American in any form or fashion except that it copies American made products. I am totally disappointed that PayPal does nothing when it is so clear that it is a total scam.

UPDATE;
PayPal came through and gave me a full refund, but unfortunately still support this company that sells knockoffs.

I have asked repeatedly for information on my order and have no response at all. I have asked for a refund and still no response. Do not order from them.

I purchased a jacket on Nov. 27th based on a jacket my husband saw on a tv show. It was supposed to be a French rugby team jacket. I emailed them several times asking if I would get it before Christmas, until I finally got a response. They said yes, I would get it by then. On Dec. 21st, I emailed again, I got a response saying it would go out the same day. But to help them with pictures of the patches. Pictures of the patches on the jacket?? What a weird request. I sent them to them. Today, I finally get the package. Comes from Pakistan via DHL. It's Dec. 28th, late. Way after Christmas. Then I open the package and I see a jacket, not the material I was expecting, and not the neck I would've hoped as the pictures they promoted. The patches were iron ons of the low quality photo I sent them. This is unacceptable. I will never order from this company again.
