Reuse without losing orders, it requires multiple follow-up operations to become more proficient. I like shopping on it, and when I buy from the official website, they are all genuine products, so I don't have to worry about counterfeit goods. You can also find the latest discounts on it. I recommend using gocashback
I have already received a $50 rebate using Gocashback. Although there were some issues encountered during the process, the staff actively helped to resolve them. It's not bad and I will continue to use it
Absolutely a scam! They Refused to Pay!
I bought some wines via splashwine on their website, used their extensions, AND screen recorded the purchase.
All that was useless, first they let you wait 6 months, then they refused to pay, saying "we are in contact with the merchant about the cash back" everytime I ask. I still email them once per month, and they just stick this to my face every time
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
Unlike the other cash back sites, they REFUSE to pay. There is NOW way to get the money you earned from them.
This company is a scam, they request verification for purchases which I provided and then deny cashback requests. They seem to be run by China.
Find a better cashback site, they are out there.
They take forever to approve the cashback.. it's been over 4 months since my last purchase and I finally got enough to cash back. Well, would you believe that they canceled my cash out transaction and neglected to provide a reason for doing so?
This company does not pay you and does not support missing cashback claims. I made two purchases on the same website via two different cashback websites; one paid the next day, but the purchase via GoCashBack simply disappeared. I then noticed that all my previous purchases via GoCashBack were not tracked. Their customer support even questioned me about not using their portal, which I did, and the trips were clearly tracked in their system.
This site is definitely a scam. Their support is non-existent and they won't pay you. Avoid releasing any of your personal information (including email address), as no one knows how they'll use it.

I think this company is a scam. I tried two separate purchases, both registered as valid clicks, but none were ever ever moved to paid status. I tried to open tickets but after entering all the details they gave a lame response that this merchant doesn't accept cash back claims. I have been using cashback sites for 20 years and this has to rank as one of the worse. Avoid this company!
In my experience with using online shopping cashback websites, gocashback.com stands out for its deceptive practices. They lure you in with promises of cashback rewards, only to reject your claims with a flimsy excuse. Unfortunately, their customer service is just as frustrating.
Last year, I placed two orders totaling nearly $700 with an online store - I'll call them "merchant A" - using GoCashBack's referral links. However, for unknown reasons, the cashbacks were never confirmed. When I submitted claims for the missing rewards, GoCashBack's automated responses stated that merchant A "does not accept claims" and abruptly terminated my request. Contacting GoCashBack directly proved challenging. Their poorly designed contact portal made it difficult to find a way to reach them. Eventually, I resorted to emailing them twice through their "CONTACT US" channel, but received no response whatsoever.
Subsequently, I made more purchases from the same merchant A through other cashback sites. Not only did these sites help me submit claims for missing cashback orders but they successfully resolved them all! In one instance, a cashback website even credited my account with the missing cashback before receiving a decision from merchant A. This raises a serious concern: how can the same merchant have such conflicting policies on missing cashback investigations?
What really disappointed me about GoCashBack.com is their lack of transparency and support. They do not warn users in advance about merchants who "do not accept missing cashback claims", nor do they offer any support when such situations arise. After months, I even filed a formal complaint with proof that merchant A does accept missing cashback investigations. However, GoCashBack simply clung to their false excuse and repeated that they were "following protocol". This essentially translates to "Missing cashback is your problem, not ours. Don't bother us."
While cashback tracking issues can occur, I've never come across a merchant that outright refuses to investigate missing cashback. It's also highly unlikely that the same merchant would have such contradictory policies for different cashback sites. Unlike GoCashBack.com, which employs deceptive excuses to mislead customers, reputable cashback sites take missing cashback seriously. They actively work with users and merchants to review transactions and resolve issues.
Based on my experience, GoCashBack.com does not meet these standards. Their excuse reeks of a deliberate deception to avoid paying customers what they're owed. My advice is to stay away from GoCashBack.com to avoid wasting your time and money.
1. Wrote to customer service and they never replied.
2. My sign up bonus is still pending since 2018 which is ridiculous...
3. They kept on charging maintenance fee every month even though i did login to the website and shop.
4. Lastly, they wouldn't let me withdraw my cashback money, which is such a waste of my time and loss of money when I can use other cashback websites to gain those cashbacks.
