Nach Produkten wie von Neomachi hab ich schon seit Ewigkeiten gesucht, als ich mir zum Test einen Hoodie von ihnen bestellt habe war ich einfach nur wunschlos glücklich und froh auf Neomachi gestoßen zu sein, die Qualität ist Perfekt und die Hoodies sehen einfach nur geil aus!

Het product kwam sneller aan dan verwacht, en in goede staat! Je moet wel goed de tracking in de gaten houden, omdat die van mij als een verassing voor de deur stond.

My favorite style. They get new stuff every year that fits just in your wardrobe. The quality has also improved drastically over the years, and I would say it is top notch.
My only wish is they had a lightblue option on T shirts to fit the theme with the Wabori joggers, or just some themes in that colourscheme.

Great clothes and great customer service. Had to swap size for some hoodies and everything was smooth and well communicated. The prints are just awesome to look at. A+!

Ich habe vor 7 Tagen eine Bestellung abgegeben und sie wurde bis heute nicht abgeschickt. Ich hab mich vor zwei Tagen beim Support gemeldet und auch keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Auf der Website gab es auch keine Informationen zu den Lieferzeiten. Ich habe das Produkt eigentlich für ein Event in 5 Tagen eingeplant, bin mir nun aber nicht sicher, ob das überhaupt was wird.

Die Produkte sind von sehr guter Qualität. Besonders schön ist das die pullover im Winde sehr warm halten und due Bomber jacken auch bei schlechten Wetterverhältnissen sehr gut vor Wind und Regen schützen.
Versand außerdem äußerst fix unterwegs von daher gibt es nichts zu meckern. Kaufe dort regelmäßig mal ein wenn es coole Aktionen gibt.

Ich weiß nicht woher die guten Bewertungen herkommen, aber die Qualität der Prints ist schlecht, anders kann man es nicht sagen. (Beim hoodie ist das Bild nicht "scharf", Aufdruck beim t-shirt blättert nach paar mal waschen ab)

Beautiful and original design! The hoodies and tees fit comfortably. Size L for this brand fits the same as size L of other brands.

After wearing it around 4-6 times over 1 year and washing it 3 times, one of the seams broke and the rubber band is sticking out now. Honestly dissapointed in the quality of this product especially for this price!!

The tshirt i ordered was great quality and was super comfortable!

There was a mix up of orders where I received someone else's accidentally but the team sorted this out for me so quickly and efficiently and I couldn't be more grateful. Really happy all around and when I've saved up a little more I'll be getting more!

TL;DR: Shirts are good quality and customer service was able to correct all issues that were present as well as communicate in a timely manner.

If you're international, you can expect your packages to take a while but that's not within Neomachi's control after shipping. While it will bear no part in the score for this review, it will act as a fair warning to any and all who do order outside of the EU. Be patient.

I have ordered twice from Neomachi. My first order got here in a little over 2 weeks. No issues. Quality is good and cleaning instructions are on the tags for longevity.

The second order unfortunately had some setbacks. It seemed to have been lost somewhere and I did not even receive a tracking number after almost 2 weeks. I reached out on one of the emails that the Neomachi team had used to reach out to me. After a few days of back and forth, they re-issued the order and a tracking number was made. They even went out of their way to manually update me via email on any new developments during this time.

The items arrived finally after almost a month and the detail and quality is as good as the first order.

Despite the problems that had occurred, everything was set right in the end.

La commande s'est faite sans aucun problème, Neomachi est une entreprise très sérieuse. Mes t-shirt reçus sont tout a fait magnifiques, conforme a ce que j'attendais. Bravo Neomachi.

Clothes are fine, bit pricey but fine.

Only issue with this shop is customer service which seems to be pretty low on their daily todo list. I has taken ne almost 3 weeks to do a size swap and im still not certainly sure if they have received my info about package because they dont send any kinda of confirmation.
