delivery and returns

I ordered a bamboo storage kit on the 27th of December with a delivery date of around the 31st. I live in Northern Ireland (English/Greek, not Irish), and with a few of my deliveries I can get them quite quickly. So this is doable.

I placed my order on Amazon and was expecting it before my Christmas time off was over.

The period of time came and went. I am quite relaxed, so I didn't pursue it and thought well it would come in the new year with no hardship.

I work from both the office and home, and for the first week of January I was going between the 2. On the 7th, I got a notification to say my bamboo rack would be delivered. So I waited around and got a message to say that my road is not accessible. That was news to me, as I had already gone to the main office of my company that day and had come back about midday. I messaged the company and said about the nonexistent delivery. I got the auto message of we will be in touch within 48 hours and
The next morning I got a reply about trying a redelivery. For the 8th. So I went into my office and came home about 1pm ready for this redelivery. I got a message again about the road not being accessible. I messaged Neo Direct again and got the standard reply that we will attempt it again. 8th of January, I did my usual thing of going to the office and then coming home early. They hadn't even bothered to try. So I contacted them again and then contacted Amazon customer service. Who has messaged them directly, and a replacement was sent off?

10 January I come home early afternoon and was putting my car away when a small van pulled up and out pops a woman with the cardboard box of my bamboo storage unit. Finally it had come, so I messaged Neo Direct to say it had come. The weekend came and went, and I went back to my normal working week. I came home from work, and there in the hallway was another bamboo storage unit.

I messaged Neo Direct and asked them what they was going to do about this additional storage unit.

I was expecting 1 of three things: send it back, pay for it, or keep it as a goodwill gesture.

I received the message of sending it back. I thought I was not going to have another half day of work off or multiple half days waiting for a firm to take this parcel back, so I purchased this from the Amazon website and replied to their message to say that it doesn't need to be sent back and also a return isn't needed. This, I thought, would be the end of it.

Well, it seems that even though I have the storage unit, I can't have this one that is in my house. I have to have another one and also have time off of work and wait around not once but twice for the collection of the storage unit and also for the delivery of a storage unit.

This is still ongoing.

I know most companies can adjust an order online and say its delivered, and I am not sure why this company can't. The tracking of the items that they give also wasn't working. Even Amazon couldn't see the tracking of the storage unit.

Customer expected to sort out Neodirect’s mess-up.

Ordered a chair, via Debenhams that was despatched directly from Neo, for daughters Xmas present, and the wrong colour was received. Item has been collected and returned but currently out of pocket as Neodirect has not communicated with Debenhams, to say the error was their fault and the full amount has not been refunded to me - Neodirect expect me to sort out their mess-up!!! In my opinion no Customer Service. Ended up getting gaming chair from another company.

As per your reply - perhaps YOU should contact Debenhams to ensure they forward the complete refund to me!!! And perhaps you should consider your partnership with them if they are causing customers to give your company bad feedback.

The first delivery I got the box was…

The first delivery I got the box was damaged and the contents was damaged and bent, the second delivery was tye same not as much damage but still damaged. I want my money back. Not intend on buying from you again.
Still waiting for my money today the 18 of January 2025. This all started on the 6 of January 12 days ago.

As a response to your reply, NO I have NOT been fully refunded.

what great suitcases

Oh gosh these suitcases were just what I was looking for perfect size all 3 of them. Excellent quality very hardy great colour and a very good price.
Would definitely use this company again everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery

Courier damage and no instructions

I bought a workbench from their eBay outlet. It came on time - but every wooden panel was broken and 2 metal parts were bent. Getting a replacement was simple, and the next one was fine. BUT it turned up with no instructions. They then sent me these via message - but the quality of the images was so badly pixelated it was virtually unreadable, particularly the part numbers.
So, another message was sent - but they said they were the only instructions they had, so I was left to try and fathom it out myself from poor images. Not satisfactory at all :(
I had tried to do a bit of detective work to find their telephone number. It was online, and on the packaging label.....but it didn't work. I envisaged getting it all sorted via a friendly human, but they seem to have gone the way of so many companies i.e. they don't actually want to speak with their customers, evidently.
The product is OK, but the initial courier damage and the issue with the instructions mean I can't rate them higher than a 2, sadly.

Well, I ordered the product from yourselfs, and it did not turn up, when I brought it, it did not arrive within five days, out when I sent a email outlining my concerns, you quickly resolved the issue and my product arrived within 5 days.

Avoid if you don't want get terrible experience

Terrible experience can't organise simply things and find order in the system. Debenhams unfortunately use the for dealing with return what is disaster. I send several emails and from 2 days nobody bothered to reply and sorted out collection. First date was 23 December but newer go thtu and still nothing happening about frustration and unwanted not as described Christmas tree in the box . Avoid this company they can't sorted out simply things . Thank you for lovely experience well done.

I would like to update my review. Neo direct were wonderful, with their customer service, my fire was delivered, but not the colour I ordered, they immediately got in touch, with an offer to change it, or keep the fire and accept a small refund. I have purchased from Neo before, with no problems. I would recommend this company, first class customer service.

I ordered two sets of 3 suit cases 14th…

I ordered two sets of 3 suit cases 14th of November, they arrived… One had a large crack down the side and on all six cases, none of the wheels moved properly. Came and collected three days later and still two weeks later, no refund. I have been Emailing as they have no landline number still no reply
