Avoid this company.
Bought E2S tablet on Amazon, shipped with issue where tablet shuts down and needs a pin in reset button to start up. Foolishly believed Neocore BS that a firmware update would resolve. I know that this isn't the biggest issue in the world but should not happen out of the box
Tried to get Neocore to resolve for over 12 months (including sending it back) but they are unable/ unwilling to fix and I am constantly met with half truths and broken promises.
I have told Neocore that I will post these comments but they just don't seem to care.

Bought an E2S in March 2025, all arrived ok. The bundled keyboard and mouse were cheap quality but functional.
Tablet is OK, its a low end device despite what it was advertised as (laptop replacement/iPad equivalent). Occasionally doesn't respond to power button and have to force a restart. It's ok for email and browsing but not much more. Definitely not up to any games.
No updates to Android (13) and security updates nonexistent since june 2025. On looking here it seems they've gone bust.
Save a bit more money and go for an Honor/Samsung or similar, better support for the future. Also their website says they'll be back but avoid them as recently they're unreliable as a business to deal with.

Ordered a new Neo E2 on 29-December and on chasing today 13-Feb-2026 have been told by them that they can not fulfil the order and they stated no further information is available, Extremely poor service and abrupt email regarding my order for which they have taken payment. They advised I contact my bank for a call-back of the funds. I think they must have gone bust.

Total scam - avoid
As many others are reporting, I ordered a tablet on 28th November. Was told it had been shipped on 31st December (that seems to have been a mass email to all customers from reading the other reviews on here). I've finally lost patience and asked for a refund. The response suggests that if I don't get a refund in two weeks that I need to get the money from my credit card company. Not really the point. I won't be shocked if they are headed for liquidation soon.
Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money. If you place an order, they'll take your money and you won't hear from them until you enquire about it. They're only tell you at that time that there's a delay and blame you for not knowing. They'll also lie and tell you they emailed with the delay information. You will wait a few more weeks, you know to give them a chance and nothing. They go silent. When you get annoyed and email yet again, you will be told it's not available anymore. Save yourself the time and money. What a terrible way to run a business. I'm all for supporting a British company, but expect someone to at least keep me informed of what's going on

Appalling Customer Services
Don't know what has gone wrong with this company.4 years ago I bought a tablet from them and received excellent service from them. 3 months ago order another one but still waiting. Requested a refund so let's hope I don't have to wait another 3months. Will never deal with this company again.

I trusted this company to stick by it's promise of delivering a good tablet pc. I understood that as a discount pre-order that delivery would take up to 30 days.
I ordered on 28 November 2025, I received acknowledgement of my order within a day, on 31 December I received confirmation of dispatch via po tracked with number.. well to date (21Jan) nothing ..po tracker says awaiting from retailer.
I did warn by email one week ago that if nothing happens I would ask my bank to return my money..which they did.
All I can say is avoid.
I'm now getting a Redmi pad2, better specs a bit more money, but delivery in days from Amazon (Xiaomi store). I shall review once received.
Update 28/1/26 no sign of computer or update, don't even think they've responded to my bank removing the purchase price from their bank a/c!
Best Tablet (If you're patient!)
First of all, the one star is removed because of the delay in delivery. If you can stomach the fact it's a start-up and therefore there are teething problems in their shipment process then read ahead.
In regards to the tablet, it is either at or above expectations:
- Battery life is great. I go a full day using it for work, teams calls, videos etc with no worries. I think at the moment I'm charging it every other day but that's unconfirmed. All I know is that nothing else comes close for this price.
-Cost is great considering what it can do. And it can do many things at once which leads me to....
- Memory. The RAM on this tablet is 20GB and it shows. I had a Teams call open, MS Office Apps, Miro board and many other apps all at the same time with no noticeable lag.
- Video lag. Doesn't exist. I've watched Netflix and IPTV and the vision is crisp and the sound is nice.
- Sound. Both speaking and listening is a pleasure. Feels a quality product in this regard.
- Overall. I have replaced my £1800 laptop with this tablet for every day use. It's easier to carry, easier to use and easier to charge. No brainer for me at this price.

Placed my order on 23rd November had a royal mail update to say expecting it on 31st December it has not moved since. I have emailed every week sometimes twice a week since they keep saying give it 7 more days !!! I've told them I no longer want it and cancel the order and refund but they still reply with give it another 7 days. !!! They are not listening or completely ignoring me. WHAT PART OF I DONT WANT IT ANYMORE DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND. I've waited long enough and now bought elsewhere as couldn't wait any longer.

Crap company
Crap company. I gave my daughter money before Christmas to get a tablet and all the accessories. She ordered it well before Christmas. They kept giving her dates of when it would arrive. Still no tablets and it's now January 2026. She asked for her money back . They said she gets it in 5 to 7 working days. Well past that no refund. Well the next step is the police if her refund isn't put back.
Delay after delay
Ordered 15 November and FINALLY arrived 5th January despite them saying it would arrive before Xmas. Grandchildren were very unhappy.

Ordered a tablet 5th Dec 2025 hopefully for xmas still waiting jan 15th they never reply to emails if they do its the same old story , terrible customer service phone number dosent exist , I would avoid at all costs not worth it they take your money but don't deliver. Tablet never delivered and cannot get a refund
I ordered a Neocore 2e on 31 October. It's the 13 Jan and it still has not been shipped. When I contact customer services I get the same cut and past response telling me to wait 2 more weeks ans they will investing. It's been more than 2 weeks since they first send this and still all I get is the same response telling me to wait another 2 week. I do not expect I will receive the tablet and the scam has taken my money.
I have asked for a refund 3 times and they will not provide one.
I posted similar review onthe Neocore Web site and Neocore customer service have told me it will be removed as the review can only cover the quality of the product not the fact they are unable to deliver it.
I have many emails to prove this feedback and happy to publish them if Neocore dispute any of this.
Do not order from this company as they take your money but do not deliver the product.
I will update thus feedback if I ever get the tablet so if it's not updated then it's not been received.
20th January and despite Neocore saying last week they would investigate why after almost 12 weeks they will cannot provide me with a tablet or a refund I have heard nothing. Do notuse this company

This whole experience has been so frustrating! I wanted the tablet as a christmas gift. Which I since re-ordered from Amazon on a next day delivery for £10 more. I have exchanged several emails, which the replies are always very blunt and non committal
6 weeks on still waiting, even though "Jason" said they would ship last week, the week before and the week before that! Tomorrow I will cancel the order. Steer clear is my advise, terrible service
