Can't praise Nemo highly enough. Efficient, friendly, professional, knowledgable and, most importantly, worked within our expectations, hopes and budget. Already recommended them to friends and would definitely use them again.

The organisation and details from Nemo were superb we felt safe all was in control from start to finish. Their contacts and knowledge of the area we wanted to travel in was superb and the local guides and support offered was second to none. They fully undertood our interests and planned out trip with activities and places accordingly. My second trip with Demo and will certainly be using them again and would recommend to all. First class.

My friend and I travelled to Sri Lanka and Nemo did a great job talking us through possible itineraries and places to stay and putting together a lovely 12 day trip. Great hotels, all small and just what we wanted but definitely need to plan ahead as many of these properties are small. All hotels, from the "smartest" to the smallest were fantastic and our drive/guide was excellent. For a trip like this thoroughly recommend having the expertise and support from a great customer service business and Nemo really did a great job

Booking with Nemo is worth it for planning a trip of a lifetime. We went to Kenya for our honeymoon and they got it so right at every point. We loved it. We were wondering if it was worth using an agent v. booking ourselves - for a trip like this with logistics, safety and relaxation as top priority it was money well spent and we'd do it again.

We are very grateful for their support across the pre-booking and trip, including helping us navigate getting stuck due to an air traffic strike in Nairobi. Would use Nemo again for a big trip with multiple parts, off the beaten track. Travel experts are very knowledgeable but you need to act quickly as we ended up losing a few accommodations we wanted.

We so enjoyed the experience of planning our honeymoon to Vietnam with Nemo! From the start of the process, they took time to understand our interests, taste and requirements and were so efficient and communicative; suggesting a perfectly fun, relaxing and luxurious honeymoon. The team were so responsive when we had queries or asks whilst away and they suggested absolutely incredible hotels and ideas which we would not have found ourselves. We have recently returned from our honeymoon in Kenya. The whole trip was beyond perfect and we are so thankful to Tatty and the Nemo team for planning an unforgettable trip.
Tatty was so helpful from our initial conversations prior to booking right up until we left for Kenya, she is extremely knowledgable and picked out two amazing places for us to stay to enjoy Safari and relax by the coast afterwards.
We unfortunately had some cancelled flights due to air strikes and the Nemo Operatipns team were extremely helpful and responsive.
I would 100% recommend Nemo for special trips away and wouldn’t hesitate to book a trip with them again.

Another fantastic trip with nemo - this time to Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Brilliantly put together for us less energetic, slow travellers. All the hotels were perfect and logistics/transfers were seamless.

From the early planning stages the team were quick to respond and answer any questions we had. The app was a great addition providing very helpful information about each place we visited. The itinerary struck a brilliant balance between adventure and relaxation and we loved the boutique feel of all the properties we stayed at, with each offering something unique. Super impressed by the Nemo experience. They helped us in organising our safari honeymoon, visiting Kenya and Zanzibar. They really took on board the sort of holiday we wanted, with a balance of activities and relaxation time and found us some of the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. We have just returned from our honeymoon in Uganda and Kenya. From the planning process to the trip itself -everything was perfect. The trip was completely tailored to us - it really was bespoke! The operations team were fantastic when we had a complication (our fault, not Nemo’s!) They were on hand and helped us sort it out straight away, we are very grateful. Everyone who met us on the trip was so friendly and helpful. It really was seamless and fantastic!
