When i placed the order i cancelled it on the same day and sent their customer care an email to advise i had changed my mind. They still pursued the order this gave me great inconvenience as due to my faith i am not allowed to consume grape wine. The products contained this. I was really disappointed with their service as i have not even received a response of the email dated 17/03/2025

Nelsons is a pure product.
My skin is very sensative and dry and Nelsons Calendulla is the only Callendula that works for me.
I have tried many other makers of Callendula and they dont come close to the purity and quality of Nelsons

When the product arrived at the customs clearance department, it was classified as "whiskey." The reason for this classification is that the product was sent with the description of being "alcohol," which caused it to be categorized as whiskey. (For reference, whiskey is subject to the highest taxes in Korea.)

I strongly argued that this tax classification was not appropriate, and a meeting was held at Korean Customs to reconsider the product classification, followed by an inspection and other procedures.

However, the response I received was, "Isn't alcohol alcohol? If you drink a lot, it’s still considered alcohol." I understand that this misunderstanding occurred due to a lack of familiarity with the batch flower product. Nevertheless, I continued to insist that although the product contains alcohol, it is not an alcoholic beverage like whiskey.

After going through this process several times, the product was finally classified as "Other cosmetics and beauty preparations made from flower essences."

Korean Customs informed me that while this issue has been resolved this time, customs officers may change, and if the product is again described as "alcohol" when shipped, it could once again be classified as whiskey and subject to the high tax rate.

I may purchase this product individually in the future, and I also believe that my friends and family might purchase it in sets or as individual items. Therefore, I would like to inquire if it would be possible to ship the product with the description of "Other cosmetics and beauty preparations made from flower essences" instead of "alcohol" when sending it to Korea. This would help avoid the complicated and tedious process.

I have several friends and family members who are interested in purchasing this product, so I wanted to check if this could be arranged.
